**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

RESORT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Rental comes with full access (at no additional charge!) to the 2.5 acre pool area with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a swim-up pool bar, infinity pool, indoor lazy river, and adults-only and kiddie pools; note that in the cooler months, they typically heat at least one outdoor pool
- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental
- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants
- Resort is 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets and only 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway at the Beach, the Skywheel and the Myrtle Beach Board Walk.

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.
For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Nice, but not clean
We visited in August 2024. The home was very nice, but not cleanded very well. There was dust, dirt and debris in various places and both live and dead cockroaches. I sent photos to management and they did offer to send someone out to clean again, but we didn't want the intrusion. We only ended up staying for 2 nights of the 7 we paid for because of an impending storm. I would have liked to post photos of the lack of cleanliness here, but don't see how I can do that.

Nice place, enough space for family of 5
We had a nice stay in North Myrtle Beach. Our only issue was when we arrived to the house, it was not cleaned well. We addressed it with management and it was addressed immediately. There is one master suite downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is a nice patio outside that has a TV and grill. Plenty of room in the kitchen to cook. TVs were tricky to figure out and we never managed to get the one in the master suite to work. Overall it was a nice stay. 5 minute walk to pool and beach.

Great Home
Excellent layout. I have stayed at several North Beach properties and have enjoyed this layout the most. The home boasts a 1st floor master and well-appointed bathroom. Loved the side porch that was both covered and uncovered. My family thoroughly enjoyed the use of the black stone grill. The homeowner has also included many beach chairs and toys in the garage, which is a very nice amenity. You’ll enjoy it!

House needs minor attention
Great home and location. The resort was so amazing and shuttle made everything easy. To check in you need to drive to a shipping center that closes around 4:30 or but check on os around 4. The envelope said 3 keys but we were given 2 the home is really cute but could use better cleaning. The carpets were not vacuumed there were a few smashed bugs and 3 live palmetto bugs. The beds were very uncomfortable very firm. Kitchen was lacking what is needed to cook a family meal. It was at bare minimum. The TV in the living room was difficult to understand however all the other tvs were simple. They offer a washer and dryer but no start up pod detergents. We were given 1 towel per bedroom. Maybe some board games would be fun. They also mention a free excursion with a purchase. We asked the at the store when picking up our packet they knew nothing about it and told us to ask at the resort. The resort didn’t have a lobby or any stores there was not. Lobby area. The beach chairs provided by the home were rusted and broken with holes. This could really be a great rental needs some attention and work.

4th of July
Our stay during 4th of July was Wonderful. House was clean when we got in. Was about 45 min late getting in to the home due to the 4th holiday checkouts/clearing. They did make it worth the wait though. The Beds slept wonderfully, one of the best sleeping beds we've experienced yet on Vacation. Everytime I did have a concern which it was just to report minor things that I saw, they responded quickly to the text. I preferred them to wait until we left to handle the issue and they did. I would have given a 5 for cleanliness but there were a few stains on the furnishing which didnt take away from the home at all. Great Trip.

Long weekend getaway
The check in process was great. The lady was friendly and very helpful. Once we got to the property and went inside we were disappointed. There were dead bugs in the floor the house was filthy, carpets were so filthy we wouldn’t walk on them without shoes on. The kitchen sink faucet was broken. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. The microwave would not heat. The house needed lots of TLC. We didn’t leave because there was no place to move to. I will put that house on my list to DO NOT RENT AGAIN

Storm Chasers?
We arrived at the house in time to hunker down for Hurricane Ian. The patio took a bit of a beating from the wind and heavy rain. Once the storm passed, my husband put in a request for repair and maintenance. Someone arrived the next morning and fixed everything. We had arrived to celebrate our daughter's wedding. The house was comfortable and welcoming. We could walk to the beach and the pool. (Some of the pools and hot tubs were closed due to the storm surge from Ian but overall a very pleasant experience).

Wonderful Stay!! Came with my Family ( Hubby, 2 sons (teen boys) and a 2 year daughter. House was Spacious, Clean and Airy with tons of windows….I Love to enjoy natural sun light. It was definitely a home away from home experience where I felt comfortable to be in. Quiet and Lovely neighborhood with a nice stroll to the beach and resort. This Gem has been added to my list of homes to revisit. Thank You

We had a wonderful time
The house we rented was clean, and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so cute and well maintained. We had a small issue with the internet service but it was addressed quickly. The shuttle up to the North Towers was fast and reliable and the drivers were so nice. The woman at the iTrip rental office could not have been nicer. We have nothing negative to say about our experience. We would return.

Myrtle Beach get-away
Overall the property was as expected other than some of the pictures of the patio sitting area which was great and a really nice space. The Blackstone grill was a nice feature which we used although the cleaning brush mentioned in the checkin packet was not provided. The location to the beach and pool facility was easily walkable. The pool area at the resort are. very nice. While we did have a few issues with linens and inaccurate wifi network information the company was responsive and we were able to remedy these items. We loved the North Beach area and Barefoot Landings along with other amenities close to the house. We will definitely stay with this company again and would highly consider staying at this same property again as well.

Lacking Cleanliness
This was a beauty home in a convenient location but the mold and lack of cleaning diminished the beauty. Mold was seen on the shower curtain and throughout the upstairs ceilings by vents. Roaches were found both dead and alive upon check-in and dust converted all surfaces. Prior cleaning consisted of fresh linen and towels only. We had to thoroughly clean everything ourselves to be partially comfortable. The upstairs a/c unit went out and the maintenance team did rectify the issue rather quickly so we were thankful for that. We were offered a free activity for the group, as compensation, but Xplorie couldn’t validate the voucher from the maintenance team so that was a wash. Aside from the mold and dust this house would have been great. It had everything you needed for vacationing and traveling with children.

501 Olde Mill
This property is gorgeous. We had all the amenities we needed linens towels toiletries. The property was walking distance to the ocean. Also shuttle was provided. The beds were comfortable and the set up was perfect for kids. The only complaint was the WiFi login was not updated after awhile and calling the help desk I was able to figure it out. Otherwise it was a great vacation location.
