Great weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. It poured rain the whole time but we hung out in the front room which was very comfortable and relaxing and spent some time in the hot tub.

Place so nice we went there twice
Lovely home and property. Lots to look at from the hot tub and sun room. Good location to bounce off of to go on other island adventures. We used it for girl's weekend away. We loved it so much we stayed here twice. Usually we try to find new places each time.

Beautiful property, with very thoughtful touches
We had a wonderful weekend, loved the easy access to the beach and thoughtful added touches (hot tub, beach chairs, kayak). The house is stunning, well designed and with everything you could need for a quiet weekend away. Excited to come back in the summer to make the most of the outside space!

Great Property!
Everything exactly as advertised. We lucked out and had a great snowy landscape looking out the windows. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. Would love to come back in the summer and make use of all the water equipment they've been generous enough to share! Location is great proximity to My Washington in the winter too. Neighborhood was very quiet.

- owner was really nice and helpful - property was as advertised - beautiful, clean, well-maintained, nice hot tub, great almost private beach, paddle boards, amenities close-by (such as raw oysters...which my wife loves ;) - 10/10 (I would give it an 11 if I could :)

Nice cottage but….
We enjoyed the general location but not the location of the property. At high tide the water came up to our knees and at low tide there was quite a walk to the ocean water. The view was onto vegetation across the narrow cove. Nothing compared to other places we stayed. It rained all week so that made everything negative more pronounced. The cottage it self was very good and clean.

Peaceful paradise
We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the beach house. We enjoyed waking up to the birds every morning and goinf for walka along the beach. Very private and relaxed we will be back again

Serene shoreline retreat
My family had a wonderful time on this serene, beautifully-decorated shore house near to Ships Point in BC. The decor and gardens include many charming improvised touches, and the overall feel is very peaceful, private, and secluded. Bring a SUP or two as the bay is very warm and shallow at high tide. Sandy beaches within a short drive. Highly recommended for families with young children.

Amazing beach home in beautiful area!
Sunny Shores was an incredible home base for a group of 4 women friends on our trip to Vancouver Island. The house is very spacious with lots of cool spaces to hang out and enjoy the great views of a quiet inlet. It provided everything we needed and was comfortable and cozy with great beach cabin décor. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the deck space was a great spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bedrooms had comfortable beds with plenty of linens and supplies for our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect for easy walks to other beaches. Very close to the highway to access other parts of the island. Owners were very responsive to a few questions we had during stay and we would highly recommend this great place for a visit.

Sunset Shores!!
We cannot say enough about this beautiful property along the Fanny Bay shoreline. We found it very clean and well stocked for our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Comox Valley region. Wild life was all around us including a doe and her two fawns, Blue herring and a black bear. After a busy day of exploring we certainly enjoyed unwinding with a cocktail and watching the sun set over the amazing mountain range.

Great location with great views
Views of mountains are great, perfect access to the water, and hot tub is great. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. AC is only in the kitchen but there are two fans to circulate fresh air from windows. Additionally, access to queen bedroom is through double bedroom. Double bedroom does not have a door, only a curtain.

Great Kayaking get away
The amenties at this place are amazing, everything you could need is provided. Wonderful views of the bay, quiet beach are to relax and the hottub is a in a great location for night time sky viewing. Very quiet neighbourhood with a kayak, paddle board, and canoe readily available. We took our own sea kayaks and although the trail to the water is winding we had no problem getting them down to the shore. Most certainly a great place to unwind and relax. Worth a return visit. Note, we are working seniors so we appreciated the tranquility.

Paradise
Rebecca and Charles where very easy to communicate with and answered emails promptly . Their rental was exceptional with all the comforts of home . They truly thought of everything from the comfortable beds and linen to the well stocked kitchen and even provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom . The location was perfect , very private and an easy walk to Ships Point . We enjoyed the paddle board and kayak during high tide and walking the beaches and shore line during low tide . I especially loved the residential rooster across the bay waking me up every morning and starting my day with a smile . There where four of us on our trip and everyone hated to leave . We enjoyed the mountain views in the morning watching the sun come up illuminating the tree tops in a golden hue and enjoying the warmth from the gas fireplace. The hot tub was a treat after a day of hiking or just exploring the island . This vacation get away is truly five star !

Fantastic getaway
Nice and quiet location. Stayed with a few friends for a snowboarding trip to Mt. Washington which was nearby. Place was clean and comfortable, and the host responded quickly when I had some questions and was very helpful.
