Outdoors, the recessed alfresco space offers an idyllic experience with a dining table by the fireplace and a separate lounge area perfect for starlit evenings. A dedicated fully fenced area provides a safe space for children and pets to run and play. The Highlander Cows are very friendly and can be hand-fed if they are around. Their favourite treats are carrots and bread.
The bedrooms are a retreat in themselves. The spacious primary suite boasts a king-size bed, an ensuite with a walk-in shower, and direct access to an alfresco area, creating a secluded sanctuary for relaxation. On the opposite wing, two air-conditioned bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other with two bunk beds – share a large, elegant bathroom complete with a freestanding bath and step-free shower.
Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace, well-equipped laundry and two undercover parking. A starter pack of firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require extra firewood, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.
The property is run completely off the grid and uses batteries during poor weather and overnight. Please make reasonable efforts to conserve power, in particular, the air-conditioning should be used only as required; running multiple units is not recommended overnight. Power outages may be possible where care is not taken.
Please be aware, as per local council regulations, pets cannot be left unattended at the property. They are to be kept under direct control at all times for safety as there are working farms with livestock nearby.
