THE BEACH ACCESS IS APPROXIMATELY 2 MINUTES FROM THE HOME BY GOLF CART OR VEHICLE. THERE IS PARKING AVAILABLE FOR BOTH.

The perfect beach getaway for those who want to walk, bike, or drive to over 1000 feet of private beach without ever leaving the neighborhood. In the home, the family room, kitchen and even the King master bedroom open to an expansive deck overlooking the private pool, while two additional King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a second king and a full bathroom, complete the main living floor. The second floor has a great room with one King bed along with two Queen beds with its own bathroom and oversized walk in closet. High ceilings make the room seem huge and the flood of natural light make it a light and bright. Shipmaker details throughout the home such as beaded board, wooden walls and ceilings lend a nautical, cozy feel throughout the home.

A hidden gem on the Emerald Coast, the beachside community of Gulf Pines is tucked away south of Emerald Coast Parkway between the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Sandestin and the Silver Sands Factory Stores. Gulf Pines offers over 1000 feet of gorgeous private beach gated for homeowners and guests.

Guest are able to park a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. Additional parking is not available. Boats, trailers and RVs are not allowed to be parked at this home.

Frangista Beach management is great to work with was very quick to accommodate all of our requests. We have already to book this home for next year!

Perfect vacation stay

This was such a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation. Having the pool, bikes and golf cart and being 2 min from beach in a safe wonderful neighborhood was exactly what all needed to enjoy downtime. And the area provided lots to do when we ventured out.

Fantastic Stay!

We completely enjoyed the location of this home, the golf cart that was included was a huge bonus! We did have a couple of appliance issues, but the management team was quick to remedy. It's a short trip to the private beach, which was beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely consider this stay again next year!

Wonderful Trip in Miramar

We had a wonderful stay in Gulf Pines. The house was precious and totally comfortable for 10 people. The neighborhood was fabulous - we took the golf cart to the beach and around the streets every day. The beach wasn't overcrowded at all during Spring Break which was nice. The only issue we had was that the pool heater broke on our second to last day and they were not able to fix it. Would highly recommend this house!

Comfortable, great location

The house was wonderful, private, and had all the amenities of home. Great location...away from the congested Destin area, and close enough to go to local state parks and 30A. The private beach access was a HUGE bonus. The beach area only had a few other families there. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Great place to stay!! Comfortable living room. Gorgeous kitchen and every well equipped. Inviting bedrooms and comfy beds. Spotless bathrooms and tons of towels. Large dinning room. Beautiful home!!!

We absolutely loved staying at this home!! It was simply perfect for the 10 of us. The home was clean, great location and spacious. The outdoor pool was a plus!! Loved how the beach was private. Enjoyed biking everyday. The golf cart was a huge plus. The property manager William was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool, bikes and golf cart are a great bonus to the house. The beach was beautiful and not to crowded. It was easy to get to by bike or golf cart. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach but very doable. Shops and grocery store are very near by. We all enjoyed are stay and would rent here again.
