Snyder's Rest, A is a ground level one bedroom, one bath triplex located at 115 6th St North, in Bradenton Beach. Just one house from the bay, enjoy bay views just off the living room or take a short stroll to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

Nestled near the base of Cortez bridge, walk right over to Historic Bridge street with plenty of shopping, fishing, parasailing and great restaurants just blocks away. You may not even need a car with a free trolley available to explore the entire Island.

Enjoy a quaint, open floor plan with a queen size bed and pull out sofa in the living room.

There is a brand new washer and dryer shared between these two units.

Snyders Rest can be rented as little as three nights during the Summer and Fall and a weekly minimum in the winter.

This unit is pet friendly.

Parking is limited to two cars.

Television operates on a streaming service only (no local cable service is provided).

Love this location!

This was our second year staying here and we absolutely love it. The close proximity to the beach, cortez rd., bridge street, long boat key and Sarasota were ideal while staying here. We can not wait to stay here again.

Yes it was perfect for the price I pay, off season at the end of April, not too far from the sea very private 31/2 apartment really spacious, a special place for my car, even a bidet in the bathroom and the management very gentle what can I ask more then that ? I’m telling you it was perfect

The management is superior. I would rent from them again. The bathroom and flooring needs replaced but the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. The location was perfect. There was construction next door but they were quiet. You really did not know they were there. Love Anna Maria Island.

Not fancy but close to beach. They didnt seem to communicate checkout with their cleaning crew correctly and they walked in on us the day before we were supposed to checkout

Located an easy walk to the beach, Pier Street, and the island trolly stop this location was perfect. The until came equipped with everything we needed. When there was an issue with the dishwasher, management was super fast and had it working within an hour. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, loved the bay view. It's an easy walk to a gorgeous beach area. Would stay here again. My only feedback is that the sofa is incredibly uncomfortable, there's a musty smell throughout, and the cleaners could spend some time ridding the closet doors of some dust. Although, they would really benefit from a coat of paint.
