The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop, electric oven, family-sized dishwasher, and a spacious island bench—perfect for preparing delicious meals. This home, equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and off-street parking for two vehicles, is merely steps from the sand and a short walk to the town, making it the ideal Dunsborough escape for families and groups.

Please note that all vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times and access can not be impeded for neighbouring properties.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
