PET FRIENDLY! This is a brand NEW house located in Sandy Beach. The property is completely gated with 24-hour security on sight. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This house is perfect for handicapped or a group with small kids because everything is on one level.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with access to a full walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a full-size bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed. The living room is very spacious with comfy couches where you could spend family time, enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a nice meal or some snacks. The dining area has a table that easily accommodates 6 guests.

The house has a community pool and a grill right by the pool to barbecue while enjoying the pool.

The only complaints I have is that the house smelled like cigarettes and didn’t seem to be cleaned before checking in. The sofa cushions were thrown around.

Great unit for kids

Very nice unit. Tastefully decorated with large kitchen area, an added bonus in making meals and snacks. The kids room was great with its own TV and Ms Pac-Man arcade system for the kids (and adults). Definitely will stay here again

Was canceled

I was not able to stay. When I got to office I was told my reservations was canceled. Drove 10hrs and to be told it was canceled, very disappointing and will never recommend this type of service.
