Great location, comfortable furniture and bedding, and tasteful decor.

The 2 living spaces was perfect for our stay. We visit Myrtle every February with another couple to golf and found this home to be perfect for us. Our mornings were private and restful, with afternoons filled with golfing or shopping. Evenings we gathered together for card games and meals. Loved staying here!

Great place in a great location! Walk to beach and close to all N Myrtle Beach attractions.

The home was nice just like the pictures. Owners and management company were both great as well. The wrap around porches and updates to the house were nice. Had a fun fenced in dog area too.

Vacation Well Needed!!!

The property was beautiful, we had a brief fright when we couldn't get in ( 5 minutes or less) due to phone number issues & old email instructions but they were prompt and helped us out with kindness & understanding. Bugs outside were minimal. Close to many things and food delivery if needed were very fast.

Fantastic Home On The BEach

This home is great. It is a beautiful home which is equipped with everything that you might need on a vacation. Outside you have a wrap around porch, fire pit, screened in porch, fenced in yard for dogs. Inside you have two full kitchens fully stocked, along with 4 nicely furnished bedrooms. Both living room areas are nicely furnished.

Definitely Recommend

This is a good house for big families or couples. We only had 2 couples and the separate downstairs was great. You could have the benefits of a house but still had separate living areas. You do enter through the bottom and have to go upstairs to get to upstairs. Entry was super easy with the lockbox. The house was clean but could use a good deep cleaning during a slow time. The cleaning crew did leave numerouse cleaning products, vacuum cleaners, rags and Mr. Erasers laying around but not that big of a deal. I did notify owner so he is aware. Beds were very comfortable, lots of really hot water and good water pressure. There was a giant tv in the living room- I think 72 inches. It has everything and every channel you need on it. Be aware that this is the only tv upstairs- no tv's in bedrooms. Not a deal breaker I am just one of those people who is used to going to sleep with tv on. Kitchen has a really big refrigerator and also everything you need if you plan to cook. Walmart is less than 2 miles away so you can go get everything you need. The wrap around porch is awesome. You can access it from every room in house. Great place to drink your coffee or hang out at night with a cocktail. We didnt get to use the firepit because it was really windy when we were there. But it looks like it would be a fun place for everyone to hang out. Bring your own firewood. The parking garage is great. It keeps the salt air off of your car. There is also plenty of parking for everyone else. I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return. I would recomnend this house for your family or couples.

Quite and peaceful community

Booked online by the pictures and location. Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the home. Had issues with internet and no TV for for three days. Owner was very easy to work with. Plenty of room for families. Would stay again.

Excellent communication with Manager / Owner. Great location to beach. Do not try to work remotely here — not the best internet. Manager did try to correct issue as quickly as possible. HVAC vents needs dusting but everything else is just as pictures look. Thank you!

Loved Our Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very cozy and spacious. We were minutes from the beach yet secluded by trees so we still had plenty of privacy. Our host was very kind and courteous and the home was equipped with an abundance of towels and toiletries which was a welcome surprise! The beds are so comfy and we all had a great time enjoying each others company with our beautiful scenic backdrop.

Car show family

Our family enjoy going to car shows together. We had a great time at this house, it’s close to the beach only a short walk down the road. A big driveway to accommodate the cars we brought to show. The balcony was my favorite spot bc we would always hang out there every morning and when we were kicking back through out the day or before bed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you we really enjoyed it…

Recommend this beautiful home 2 blocks from a non-crowded beach!

Beautiful home, looks just like the photos. Huge living room, and bedrooms, two dining rooms, two kitchens, open garage and lots of room for parking. The house was very clean, and the two minor issues we had were resolved immediately. Only two streets from the beach so it's an easy walk, however ocean drive can be a little crazy to cross depending on the day. I would definitely recommend getting more trash cans. There is only one for trash and a small one for recycling and it's not enough to hold a week's worth of trash when the county only picks up once a week in that area. It's also very quiet in that part of north myrtle, so when you are in the house you can't hear much! I'd recommend this house for sure!

Sister's adventure trip

This house was amazing. There were 9 of us sisters and this house accommodated all our needs and then some. We built so many memories. The walking distance to the beach was perfect. Our hosts were very accommodating to our needs and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Beautiful and very very clean.

Amazing, convenient, and quiet

This property has it all from the time you pull in until you check out. It has a huge circle driveway and also a 2 car garage filled with beach necessities and a laundry room. Downstairs It has a private king bedroom/attached bath and also has its own kitchen and living space for those who might have trouble with the stairs. The upstairs sports a wrap around porch with 8 sliding doors in each room for plenty of daylight. 3 bedrooms, one with a large master suite and large bathroom with walk in shower. A kids room with a full size bunk bed and a twin on top accessible with small stairs not a ladder. The other bedroom has plenty of room with a queen bed. Another bathroom with a bathtub that is accessed from the hallway. The kitchen is an awesome work area with updated appliances and a big sink. The living room has plenty of space with a huge TV. Both living spaces have gas logs for the cooler months. The stairs from the topside have a door to keep the little ones away. The house is pet friendly and has a covered/ screened area that is just off the large fenced area for the dogs. Outside shower with hot water and a fire pit area with plenty of seating in the sand/play area. This all sits on a very private, wooded lot about a block away from beach access. The owners are amazing and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

Myrtle beach vacation

Love this house! A perfect short walk to the beach and easy drive to barefoot and shopping outlets. The layout of this house was perfect for our family. My husband and I had the downstairs all to ourselves, and our daughter and friends had the upstairs. The house was clean, beds were ready with clean sheets. One night after returning from dinner the keyless entry code wasn't working, I messaged the owner and within seconds he had the doors unlocked! I highly recommend this beach rental! And our family will definitely be booking again in the future!
