PERFECT getaway for My husband , 1 year old and dogs.

Price was right, beach was right there, everyone was so friendly and kind including other pet owners. It is a simple, cute place to stay. Has everything you need! We will be going again for sure!

Nice beach getaway

Not a big space but big enough for us and our dog. Beach was just a short walk through the dunes. There would be a few things we would have preferred, or done differently, but those are just personal choices, no complaints. The Boardwalk is 1.4 miles away but we enjoy long walks, so that didn't matter. would consider staying here again.

This location is ideal, the amenities were picturesque & fun; the proximity to the beach ...ideal. The fact that our dog could be there with us was perfect & ultimately the deciding factor of our choice. We had stayed before, in a different unit, which we liked better as it had coffee cups!!! But overall we would rent again.

Nice quiet escape

The property had GREAT beach access. Our 1BR rental served us pretty well even with our dog. It wasnt big, but big enough. There were a few things we would maybe change but those were just personal preferences.. not complaints. A little disappointed that our dog was not allowed on the sand patio. We would consider staying again.

Deceiving

While the location of this unit was exceptional in that it was ocean front with direct beach access, the unit itself was completely unacceptable. The furniture was old and shabby. The air conditioner in the living room grates were covered in dust and lint . There was no air conditioning in the bedroom.The kitchen stove , refrigerator and sink were old and dirty and in need of replacement. The cubbords were filthy inside and filled with junky , old serving pieces. Upon arrival we were unable to obtain a parking pass from the condominium front office and spent the night worrying that our car would be towed. . Melanie the host was not quick to respond to any of our calls or emails . We enjoyed the beach but this unit was a total disappointment. We will not be using VRBO again.

Dog and people friendly

Not new but clean enough, and the unit had both wifi and several tv options including Nexflix and other streaming. The location is steps away from the beach and that was wonderful. Two 3 story buildings, they were around a small courtyard complete with grills. Dogs and kids can be pretty loud but we were out much of the time. Kitchen towels or paper towels would be helpful. You need more than 1 coffee cup. Note. In the pictures, the coffee maker shown was your basic coffee maker. In reality, there was a Keurig. Someone was kind enough to leave a few pods in the refrigerator. The amenities did not mention either. A bot of confusion, I have rented from VRBO before and never had a third party involved. Another company, Evolv contacted me with check-in/check-out info and then requested more money. That was really strange.

Great time with our family

We took our 3 year old son to the beach for the first time. The condo was in a great location, right on the beach and nearby restaurants and shops we could walk to. The boardwalk was just a ten minute drive down the road. The condo was the perfect size for the three of us!

Not too clean and no blankets

Our stay was nice enough for a short stay, however we did have a few issues. The evening of our arrival as we got ready for bed we noticed that there were no sheets for the pull out couch. We called and emailed the property manager, who told us that they were out for cleaning and did we need them for that night. Of course we did. She emailed us back later explaining that the sheets would not be available for that night and was that a problem. We ended up using our beach towels for the night which was pretty annoying. Additionally the unit had no blankets. Even when the sheeets arrived there were no blankets in the unit. Additionally the unit was not as clean as it could have been, The AC unit was full of dust in the vents, the tile next to the bathroom sink was dirty and the rugs in the bathroom were either dirty or permanently stained. We will not be back.

Nice for a short stay

Thr property is steps from the beach and parking was easy. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs. 2 small things: There were no sheets for the pull out couch on our first night. It was easily rectified the next day, but we had no sheets and slept with our beach towels the first night. Also there were no blankets in the unit. Although the unit was clean enough, there were several missed areas: the AC vents were full of dust, the tile next to the sink was unwiped and the bathroom rugs were not clean or if they were they were permanently stained.
