Luxury Home with 3 Double Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms plus extra Toilet and a kids playroom.
• Quiet Cul-de-sac location, 200 metres from beach and a 5/10min walk to Scarborough and Trigg bars/nightlife
• Heated Swimming pool
• Fantastic entertaining area with BBQ
• Spacious open plan living and large rooms
• Great setup for kids: Toys, monkey bars, sandpit, high chair, kid friendly etc
• 15 mins to CBD
Our home is suitable for 1 family only, it is not a share house.
This is our family home and ONLY guests that have booked to stay in our home are welcome at all times.

We understand that this requirement does not meet the needs of a lot of guests, understanding that guests will have friends and potentially family in Perth.
We will consider making exceptions relating to visitors and will need to be advised of this prior to booking please.
It is a great neighbourhood, and we don’t wish to upset our neighbours and have different people arriving and leaving - nor do we want "strangers" and additional people in our home - thank you for your understanding on this.
Please book alternative accommodation if you are needing to have friends and/or family visit.
Our home is NOT a "party home" it is our family home. We live in a family orientated area and wish for our guests to enjoy the pool, closeness to the beach and respect our home and neighbourhood .
The garage will not be accessible, and we allow for a maximum of 2 cars at all times.

We are a family of 3 and get to the beach a few times a week every week. We love surfing, kitesurfing, swimming in the sea and hence are lucky enough to live very close to the beautiful beaches between Scarborough and Trigg.

Why they chose this property
We love to travel and want other families that love the beach life as much as we do to have a great holiday and not need to drive to the beach and simply walk there. We don't want our home to be used by anyone else but the fanily that has booked to stay. We have great neighbours and want to respect them and the neighbourhood.
What makes this property unique
Very close to beautiful beaches and a heated swimming pools for those days where the beach may not be an option. Great for kids with a lot of fun things for them - sand pit, monkey barrs, play room etc.
