With lots of privacy and beautiful views from every room this Penthouse is the best. Furnished with high quality items, it also offers 4 flat-screen LCD televisions (over 42 inches) as well as DVD player, WIFI/internet and phone calls (local service only).

The Villa Magna Development is a gated resort of three privately owned condominium towers and (the fourth tower) the Villa Magna Dreams Hotel with security access, spa, gym, and many restaurants, bars and other common facilities that you, as a guest tenant, can use. Additionally, available for purchase are 'all inclusive' use passes to the hotel's restaurants, gym, kids club, etc.

We are nearby many restaurants, golf courses, a corner market, a department store, and the Paradise Village Shopping Mall.

Nuevo Vallarta is an amazing vacation spot, offering both beach relaxation as well as just about anything in your list of favorite Water Sports.

Great family stay in spacious beautiful condo

We enjoyed our family stay very much in this bright, spacious condo. Lots of room for everyone! Communication with manager’s son, Andres, was exceptional. He gave us lots of tips for restaurants in the area and was responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The condo itself is well equipped with everything you might need for cooking and has a BBQ on the balcony. Lots of fluffy towels for both the condo and the beach. We enjoyed the pools and activities at the attached Wyndham Alltra. We had to go down early in the morning in order to secure lounge chairs around the pools and/or the beach area. We didn’t end up eating at any of the hotel’s restaurants as they wanted to charge a high flat rate for each person. No option to pay a la carte. They encourage patrons staying at the condos to purchase full day, all inclusive passes per person, but the cost (around $120 USD) was too high for our large group. There is also a poolside snack shack that is not part of the all inclusive resort that offers hamburgers, hot dogs, tacos, drinks, etc. where you pay a la carte. We ended up eating most of our breakfasts, lunches, and a couple dinners in the condo, and ate out at restaurants off site for the majority of our dinners. We had a wonderful time here and will be back again. Thanks for a lovely week!

Great view but overall could be better

This unit was great in some ways but could be better. The view is beautiful in one direction but is obstructed to the south which is not shown in the pictures. There was good communication throughout. Checking in and out was easy. The location is good in NV and the beach was great. There were several nice size pools. The condo's main living area was aesthetically pleasing. The toilets flushed well and the showers had hot water but not enough. There is no TV in main area. Was easy to get taxi from lobby The bad The 4th bedroom is very small and right next to the kitchen/washer and dryer. The room has one very short twin. The AC unit dripped water onto the wooden storage bench below. Hard to keep door open when sleeping as it can be noisy with people in kitchen. The shower had 2 coolers stored in it. Definitely was not what we expected for a 4th bedroom. In the kitchen, the dishwasher door had to be SLAMMED shut in order for it to work. The cutting knives were so dull, they were like butter knives. The other kitchen items were not in great shape. Upon arrival, there was 1/2 a roll of paper towel and approx 1/8 of a small bottle of dishsoap. The fridge was not as clean as is should be. The blow dryers are super cheap..will suck your hair into the back. Only primary bedroom has view of ocean. New Year's Eve has VERY LOUD dance music until 1am. Overall, for price of unit, we expected a few essentials included (eg. dish soap) and upgraded kitchen uten/4th bedroom

The top floor condo is huge and beautiful and the views are the best in the complex. A+

This is our second time staying at the condo and we stayed for two full weeks this time and it was amazing. Feels like our home away from home. Four separate bedrooms and everyone has its own bathroom so each area is very private from the others. ’s on the very top floor so the ceilings are very high and spacious and the outdoor balcony is amazing. There is a Huge kitchen and a great barbecue outdoors. Villa magna complex is amazing in its own right. You can buy food ala cart at one of the restaurants or buy a daily wristband or just cook food for yourself. Wonderful location

Wonderful vacation at Villa Magna

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Magna. The condo was well appointed and had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pools. Being on the top floor was very nice as well (very quiet) and we loved hanging out on the deck at sunset. The bedroom layout worked well for our group of eight, and bonus to have three full bathrooms and one half bath. NOTE: the fourth bedroom is on the small side and really only suitable for one person. The pools were lovely and the beach was beautiful ... one of the longest beaches in the area. We saw baby turtles making their way to the ocean after hatching not too far from the property. We had access to all sorts of water sports right in front of the condo. We loved the Snack Shack for lunch... delicious home-made ceviche, guacamole and more prepared right in front of you, as well as tasty pina coladas. We also enjoyed the location of the resort... easy taxi ride to get to Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, Punta Mita and Sayulita.

10 Days in Paradise!

We have stayed at Dreams VillaMagna before but never on the top floor. This unit is very nicely decorated and appointed but the biggest appeal for us were the high cathedral ceilings because of being located on the top floor, plus the huge walk-out balcony which ran the entire width of the unit. The view back at the pools and complex was very nice but the ocean view was stunning. Every morning and every evening we sat on the balcony (a huge patio really) and enjoyed the constant breeze and beautiful views. Fully in the shade til afternoon. It was the most restful part of our vacation. We were a fairly large group but the way the floor plan is situated, the bedrooms are all separated from each other, giving you a real feel of peace and solace. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
