Immaculate cottage on prestigious Royal Muskoka Island on Lake Rosseau with car access right to the door. South facing on a gently sloping property with large dock and long shoreline. Long lake views from multiple decks with ample seating. Beach and grassy area to play. Hot tub, outdoor shower, firepit, 3 kayaks, 2 canoes, Laser sail boat, 2 stand up paddle boards (SUPs) and rowboat. Numerous lawn games. Fabulous large Muskoka Room with dining for 10 plus a child's table. Recently renovated kitchen, bathrooms, living room and bunkie. Wood burning fireplace. Satellite TV on two TVs, High Speed Internet - best internet available in Muskoka! Bedrooms: 1. Queen, 2. Double, 3. Pair of Twins 4. Trundle Twins. There is also a bunkie with pull out memory foam Queen. Bathrooms: Master ensuite: Stand alone shower. 2. Tub/shower combination. Explore over 35 acres of commonly owned forest, field and wetlands on Royal Muskoka. Within a five minute drive you will find: the JW Marriott with restaurants, bars and a full service spa; SWS Marina and the Rock Golf Club.

Short trip to Muskoka

Everything was great with minor exception. My wife didn't like the shallow muddy bottom. Would be a great place for kids with a little sand beach, hot tub and fir pit.

Pretty and Private

All parties (grandmother, parents, kids and dog) had a wonderful time at this perfect Muskoka family style cottage. Fantastic location with all day sun, beautiful vista, privacy and all the amenities. Margot was very responsive and made certain we had exactly that we needed (and then some). Huge dock with tons of places to get comfortable on a pristine and quiet bay with a long lake view = just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend this cottage (and come back again). Campfire, bunkie, muskoka room, Wi-Fi and tons of things to do make this gorgeous location also perfectly appointed.
