The main house has a wonderful front porch to enjoy after a day in town or at the beach. The living room is so inviting with updated comfortable furnishings and the kitchen is updated with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

There are two bedrooms in the main house on the second floor with two queens and a twin trundle bed. Look out the door and there is the adorable one bedroom guest house that everyone will want to call their own. This cottage underwent a complete interior renovation creating outstanding guest quarters. It offers a queen size bed, cozy living space and updated bath with a 65" television. Both houses are included in this charming rental.

The property offers central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, expanded cable television, renovated bathrooms, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Two sets of golf clubs and beach chairs are also available at the property for your use.
