Sunshine Cottage at Palm Beach | Be My Guest

The perfect holiday house - a cute cottage, which has been freshly renovated, peaceful and close to the beach, with great outdoor living. It is perfect for a small family or a romantic break.

Sunshine Cottage has open plan living, kitchen & dining areas, which open onto the large deck from the dining area, and onto the front balcony from the living area. The large deck has outdoor dining as well as a comfortable outdoor seating area. There is a further deck out the other side.

The first bedroom is by the entrance hall, and has a bathroom beside it. This bedroom is light & bright, but note that some windows do not have blinds. It opens onto teh main deck. The second bedroom is off the living area, it also has an ensuite & opens onto the front balcony.

Set in a nice garden, with views across the valley, this is a lovely peaceful place to sit & unwind after a busy day exploring the island!Just a 8-minute walk round the corner and you're on the golden sands of Palm Beach - a beautiful safe-swimming beach, great for body surfing, snorkelling, diving and fishing off the rocks. There is an excellent playground, a dairy and cafe - everything you need for a happy family holiday!

Lovely spot in the trees with afternoon sun

Well-presented and equipped, a nice place to spend time in. Driveway and parking somewhat tricky but navigable. Our stay somewhat marred by ill health and had to leave early, but enjoyed the time we had.

Great location to Palm Beach

Positives were the location, 2 mins down the walkway to Palm Beach, very comfortable beds, and fully stocked with everything required, including a wee welcoming pack. Thank You. 😊 Great heat pump definitely required as cold in cottage on October mornings. Negatives poor shower pressure in both showers but 2nd shower in particular. A few maintenance issues required within the house. Water pump was heard under the house each night even though no taps were running or left on. (possibly washing machine or dishwasher related). Awful smell on arrival that was quickly sourced and corrected by management when phoned, much appreciated! If arriving in wet weather be very aware of slippery path and steps leading down to cottage when carrying luggage down. In October the cottage did not get that much sun on the sunny days.

Lovely cottage easy walk to Palm Beach

Cute cottage with easy access to Palm Beach, lots of outdoor space & bush views. Had everything we needed for family of three.
