Vanderbilt

I have to make trips for heart checkups and live out of town. This is a great location and price for exactly what we need. Except for the elevator. It stopped working the second night and the morning of checkout, so we had to do the stairs. I was well enough this time that it wasn’t an issue but a few weeks back it would have been catastrophic. Great unit and communication.

Village 21

Great location. Could have been cleaner and the room we got was not in a great location within the building. Beside the garbage shoot. Not a great location. The kitchen faucet was hanging on by a thread. Wabbled around and wasn’t stable. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Perfect Stay

The place seemed very secure it was very clean and good location my daughter loved that she had access to the gym, we were able to store our luggage while we shopped and waited to go to the airport

My daugher and I went to Nashville for the weekend to attend a football game and to celebrate her 21st birthday. We arrived very late Thursday night. The parking was confusing, so we hoped we parked in the correct place. I thought parking was included, but I received an email several days before my trip stating I had to pay extra for parking. The hallways are dark and the carpet was dirty. When we finally found our unit and opened the door, it did not match the pictures on the website. Our kitchen was a long galley kitchen. There was only one sofa (not two facing each other like in the picture). Once you pulled out the sofa bed, there was no room to walk at the end of the bed to acces the patio or the dining area (you had to crawl across the bed). The towels were old and there were not any washcloths. The grout was a little dirty in the shower and there was a stain on the comforter in the bedroom. Once we finally settled in the first night, a party started in a house next door, which lasted well into the morning. On the plus side, the location was great. It was walking distance to many shops, restuarants, and Vanderbilt. And parking was pretty easy to access, as the gates were never down and we never had to use the access card provided to us. Would I stay again? Maybe. It's cheaper than a hotel in the area, has a usable kitchen, and walking distance to many locations. Just bring your own towels.

Not great

Location was decent in that you can walk to restaurants and such, but this place was not clean or stocked at all. There was splatter of something on the walls in the bathroom, the carpet clearly hadn't been vaccuumed. There were two bath towels and two hand towels. That is it. No kitchen towels, dishrags or washcloths.

Mostly Great

The place was mostly great. It was exactly what I needed at the right price point. There were some cleanliness and upkeep issues though. There were panels missing from the blinds which created a small privacy issues. The carpet in the bedroom wasn’t vacuumed well and the grout in the bathroom shower floor was kind of gross. With a few fixes, this place would be ideal.

Clean and Convenient Property

This was perfect for our stay and visit to Nashville. We utilized the kitchen, washer/dryer and BBQ out by the pool. The apartment was spacious and convenient to all our favorite spots. This apartment is very well kept and we will book again in the future.

Work/girl trip with daughters

The place was great! Close to some really great shops and eating places to walk to for my girls while I was at learning sessions. There were only a couple of things that made me give an overall rating of 4. The elevators were not working for most of the first day so going up and down several stairs with luggage was not fun. The sheets had ink spots on them. And the trash by the elevator was overflowing the whole time we were there. I would stay there again though. Plenty of room in the space to cook if wanted to and the room balcony was great for morning coffee quiet time.

Room Access

The instructions for entry into the unit need to be modified to include covering the keypad to activate. This took us 10 minutes or so to problem solve. We also helped others who had same issue.

Nice, easy stay

Great neighborhood, easily walkable to Vanderbuilt and Music Row and Centennial Park. Nice neighborhood. Property uses Soundry management which we were skeptical of but it ended up being super easy check in/check out process. I had a question about parking process and used the chat feature of Soundry and got quick, thorough communication with the team. Recommend!

Long Weekend

Came to Nashville to look at guitars, drink some beer, and listen to live music. This location was conveniently located about a mile and a half from Broadway, in the Vanderbilt University area. The facility was perfect, clean, and well-equipped. i will come back!

Great location, do not book this unit

There is a large dumpster directly outside of this unit. As such, the apartment smelled like trash which was covered up with air freshener. Also the bed was very hard. Otherwise, the location of this building is ideal for a visit to Vanderbilt or Music Row! Book a different unit in this building if you’d like to stay here.
