Welcome to this gorgeous Gulf-front gated Villa in Santa Rosa Beach with a community pool. Once you arrive, you will know that you have selected the perfect place. Unit B102 is like no other! This spacious three bedroom, three bathroom ground floor unit offers two additional custom-made bunk beds for a sleeping capacity of 10. It definitely provides the utmost in comfortable coastal living.

The panoramic views from your living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are breathtaking. The moment you step inside of your Villa you will be greeted by the lapping waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your expansive patio which offers a grill, table and chairs for dining with the most incredible views from your west side patio. It is the perfect spot to view sunsets or drink your morning coffee.

Attention to detail is evident from the entrance to the well-equipped kitchen. There are custom built cabinets and quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. As repeat guests know, anytime you revisit B102 something new has been updated. The casual beach style invites you to stay for a long relaxing visit. You will never want to leave!

Located in the Villas of Santa Rosa Beach this sought-after corner unit is on the first floor with unobstructed views. It is nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic 30A. Enjoy outdoor games on the lush green space right outside of your back door. Approximately 30 feet from this Villa is a pool for your pleasure.

This quaint beach town of Santa Rosa Beach offers many amazing restaurants and shops. Walk across the street to Gulf Place for your morning coffee. Next to the coffee shop enjoy lunch and live music or cross the street for dinner and a drink at Shunk Gulley. Breakfast, lunch or dinner at The Perfect Pig is not to be missed and just across the street as well. Peruse their schedule of live music for local entertainment. Pizza by the Sea offers lunch and dinner options. If you would like to rent bikes or kayaks, check out YOLO Board Store at Gulf Place. You will also find Jade Nails, Wellness Spa, and an assortment of shops. You may wish to dine at the Vue which is less than a half mile away and a local's favorite place to eat and enjoy the sunset.

There are so many activities and places to visit. Many charming beach towns are found along the Scenic 30A stretch which is 18.5 miles long. From Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach you will not want to miss the many quaint beach towns that dot the landscape. You can visit Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach and Seacrest. None of these towns will disappoint.

Scenic 30A is a little hidden gem right between Destin and Panama City Beach, yet away from all of the crowds. No fast food franchises nor high rise condos are allowed. That is why this Villa in Santa Rosa Beach will be the right location for your beach stay. It will be a destination that you will revisit time and time again.

Please note that this is a Saturday to Saturday rental. During prime months, a seven day minimum is required.

Payments excluding security/damage deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE. All other payments which include initial deposit at time of booking are NON-REFUNDABLE. Second payment includes the refundable damage deposit. If you feel that you may need to cancel, it is suggested that you purchase travel insurance.

This condo was great for our family of 6 adults. The ground floor was perfect for accessing the beach and pool. Also was nice to have restaurants and store within walking distance.

We loved the location. It was steps from the beach and restaurants. We only got in our car twice in 7 days. The condo was gorgeous. It was peaceful. We liked that it was ground level. We will definitely stay there again.

There’s not a better place to be on 30a. You are right on the beach with easy access to go from the condo to the beach with ease. Norma is a great host, and makes sure you have everything you need. Very happy

We did enjoy our stay. The main problem was the wi-fi, which was always slow and often off line. Our son, who was with us, had to do some work during the week and once had to go across the street to a coffee shop to get wi-fi. Also, and I know you can't do anything about it, the cell phone coverage was really bad. Never more than one bar and often 0 bars. We often could not make calls from the condo.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and roomy. The master bedroom and bath were amazing! Loved having the ground floor unit steps from the beach access. Definitely recommend booking beach chair ahead of time! The beach was full but not overly crowded; however, we needed our beach chair rental to ensure our spot.

This property was perfect for our getaway. Loved the ground floor-walk out unit. Super easy to get to the beach. Great view. Loved the extra amenities in the unit.. spices, oils, lots of dishes and silverware. Location on 30A was ideal for us.. not too far down, as we were back and forth to the airport picking up other familiy throughout the week. Will definitely be back! If I had to come up with a negative, it would be better wifi signal. Otherwise - terrific!!!

Loved being on the first floor…literally just steps away from the pool and the beach. Norma Jean was great to work with…she was so helpful and easy to contact. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Loved the proximity to shops and restaurants right across the street. Definitely plan to come back.

We loved staying in Santa Rosa Beach - perfect location with the beach in your backyard, a cute town square with shops, restaurants and ice cream in front, and Miramar and Destin 20-40 minutes down the road. The property was overall in great shape and good communication from the property manager.

Perfect for Christmas at the Beach
This is a beautiful condo, comfortable and the perfect location. It is a few steps from the beach with a gorgeous view from the patio. There is shopping across the street including a coffee shop which is convenient first thing in the morning. The condo is comfortably furnished and well stocked. The kids loved the heated pool and being able to go down to the beach anytime. It was an excellent experience and we definitely will be back.

Wonderful experience
This is a great spot to stay! First time being on first floor and loved the convenience to the beach as well as a little more play area outside the patio on the grassy area for my grands. There is eating in easy walking distance. We had great customer service as one morning our sink was stopped up and someone came out quickly to take care of the sink and check other bathrooms as well. Rent this place, you won't be disappointed.
