Very Disappointing

-The property had a lovely exterior -Music in courtyard loud until midnight -Stayed 5 days, no replacement towels -TV required downloading an app and paying for any movies - never figured it out -Asked for help from manager, no reply -Tiny bed - bought a blow-up bed for 2nd person -Room was not as advertised - tiny - looked nothing like the picture -Very disappointing

Great stay/location iffy

Very cute and updated rooms in an old house. Services were good as well as facilities and the patio with the wine bar. However, it’s on a street with a bridge where there were several homeless people, so safety may be sketchy. Water was turned off twice, at one point with no estimated time frame, and there was no perks or discount given for the inconvenience.

Too noisy

I knew it would be a problem when we got to the room and it had ear plugs on the night stand. Should have stated on site that the bar plays music and LOUD. Room hot in afternoon freezing at night. Bed was not that comfortable and too low to the floor. Maybe highlight this is more towards 20-30 year olds

Different stay in Orlando

I have been in Orlando about 20 times and this stay was the best without a doubt. An old charming house created a feeling like beeing somewhere in Europe not in touristic America. Our room was with nice balcony and with big bathroom with bathtube. We also had a decorative fireplace. Beautiful garden and very good restaurant just in our backyard. 10 points out of 10!

Short stay

The house bar was nice. We didn't get to enjoy it since it's closed on Mondays, but we were able to stop for a couple beers Tuesday night. It does get a little loud, but it personally didn't bother us. Neighborhood isn't the best, but it is close to the city. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay and the location. However, the parking situation is very aggravating/limited

Due to a very popular restaurant in the back of the property, those patrons would park in the assigned spaces meant for those of us lodging. For three nights, we had to park on the street a good ways from the property.

Private, comfortable santuary in the city.

We loved the place. Booking and check-in were seamless. The location was just what we were looking for. Close to the city attractions yet we felt like we were nestled in our own private world when not enjoying the city itself. The House Bar and Patio were picturesque and lively without being too much to handle. They had the right balance for us. We will definitely consider Sonder to explore other cities in the same fashion.

Cute but loud!

This property is really cool and beautiful. The contactless check in process was really easy. Great location. Beware that it’s noisy! There is live music until 12:00/1:00am that is loud and clear in your room. They provide ear plugs and a sound machine, but if you’re a light sleeper that won’t be enough. Also make sure you bring your own water- there is no ice machine and the property does not provide any water bottles.
