This newly furnished unit has a spacious living room area with couches and chairs for comfortable visiting with a flat screen TV for enjoyment. The furnishings are traditional tiki style adding to the beauty of the unit. The kitchen has granite countertops and lovely wood-stained cabinetry.

The kitchen offers a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and stove for food preparation. There is also a breakfast bar with ample seating for three guests as well as a formal dining area with additional seating for four. Guests will also find a coffeemaker and toaster. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with floor to ceiling windows offering views of the grounds and beyond to the ocean and has an attached bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and an additional full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience as well.

Taking just a short walk from this property, guests will find a shared luxurious resort style pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and workout room. A-Bay beach is just a short distance away as well as lots of restaurant choices and retail shopping outlets.
