Mandan 9 cottage is tucked away less than a half mile above the Sundance Resort. Approximately 550 square feet cozy comfort. It's the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or to just escape and be alone. Rustically elegant, this mountain cottage echoes the simplicity of the natural setting. The wood-burning fireplace with the sounds of the stream below make for an ideal getaway.

Tucked away in the Mandan Cottages of the Sundance Resort, the Lower level of Mandan 9 is short stroll to the resort village for skiing, dining, and shopping. The lower level is a studio with a king bed, a wood burning fireplace, full bath and a kitchenette.

Elopement Getaway
The entirety of the Mandan Property is absolutely gorgeous. Tucked away in the mountains behind the Sundance Resort, the Mandan Cottages are the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The property is right above the stream that runs through Sundance providing natures own sound machine, the cottage is very private and extremely well kept. It was everything my wife and I were looking for that weekend and more. Will definitely be staying here again come ski season!

Great location with gorgeous patio views
The location is great overlooking a quiet stream. The mattress and bedding were super comfortable. The patio needs some repairs, there's a broken floorboard. The shower pipes had some issues, they made very high pitched whistling after about 5 minutes of use that we couldn't get to go away. The bathroom could use a refresh or deep clean, there was some mold in the grout around the tile. Lastly, the entire unit smells heavily of smoke from the wood burning fireplace. This may not bother some, but it was a little overwhelming for us. We did not use the fireplace during our stay. The owners were super responsive and with a few small changes, this place would be top notch.

We enjoyed our stay. Property is nice but dated and needs some TLC especially the outdoor patio area. Kitchen has minimal supplies. An electric frying pan (there is not stove) would be a great addition as well as some additional silverware.

The only surprise was how amazing and peaceful sitting on a patio overlooking the hollow and a babbling brook could be. We even watched a wedding take place in the hollow. Terrific place for a weekend stay
