You will find the best of both worlds at Our Place at the Beach. With a fantastic balcony over looking the pool, and only 2 blocks to the Atlantic Ocean you will find this lovely and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It offers a fully stocked kitchen if you choose to eat in as well as a fully furnished screened porch for dining or just relaxing at the shore. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom offer 2 twin beds and you will find a queen sleep sofa in the living area for extra guests. Located on the bayside of 104th street in Ocean City, MD.

*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Good little condo
Cute condo for your money’s worth. Having the twin bedroom was a real convenience unlike other properties. 2 downfalls which aren’t too bad but the stairs to get to the condo are a lot. Not meant for people that can’t handle 3 stories of stairs and the pool hours are eh. We wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later. Out on the beach all day then come back from dinner a night swim and some relaxing in the hot tub would’ve been Amazing. Other than that the place was great and would definitely rent it again.

5 day fun
Last minute we decided to vacation at OC and we were happy this condo was even available. It was larger than we thought and perfect for 4 of us (maybe the twin beds in room 2 wouldnt be great for another couple, but for our teenagers it was fine). The pool is awesome and the location was quiet and tucked away from the busy strip but close enough to all the fun places and a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again and look forward to it! PS No elevators and make sure to check your spam email folder as the check in instructions went there for us.

A great bargain
This was a fantastic value. While it's not right on the beach, a 5-7 minute walk was the price for having double the space. Tons of parking. Huge pool. You'd have to really squint to find anything wrong with this place. It's 3rd floor, so you get in your workout, especially with beach stuff/bags. And it would be nice if there were some benches around the complex, some of us who like to enjoy a cigar in the afternoon were stuck sitting on the ground. Otherwise; Coastal management was great, the location was fine, the value was all over the place.

A/C Didn’t work. Tried to fix but system is shot and needs replaced. Beds were horrific.
The owners need to spend some time at the property and evaluate the property.
