The charming and luxurious Clairette is a brilliant one-bedroom apartment with floor-to-ceiling French windows in the living room and sitting area that provide gorgeous Parisian views, with the Eiffel Tower rising over the rooftops of the sought-after 7th arrondissement.

Thanks to the DOUBLE LIVING AREA, with one half a living room with comfortable sofa facing the decorative fireplace and the other half featuring a bed that can be combined or split for your convenience, The two areas can be closed off by a pocket door, creating privacy for a second bedroom. The Clairette can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.

THE KITCHEN is well-appointed, featuring a dishwasher, two-burner stovetop, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee maker and a toaster. You will also find all the pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, dishes and glassware you need to feel at home.

THE BEDROOM is very pretty, and features an extra-wide queen bed (180x200cm), a wall of cupboards, a flat screen television and French windows that open onto an inner courtyard.

The BATHROOM features a shower, modern sink, cabinet, and toilet.

Two powerful mobile A/C units cool the apartment beautifully in the summer while CENTRAL HEATING will keep you toasty during the cooler months.

LOCATED within a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower, in the historic and architecturally stunning 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank. The 7th is also home to such must-see Parisian sites as the Musée D’Orsay, Rodin Museum, Napoleon's Tomb and Invalides, the Army Museum and the exceptional Le Bon Marche department store. Paris Bus Tours, Boat Tours, Bike & Segway Tours, Paris Walks and even the Paris Sewer Tour are all within easy access.

Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2.

This property is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children or 3 adults. It is a tight fit for 4 adults due to limited space.

There are sliding doors between the living room and bedroom 2 to create privacy.

Mobile A/C units in the bedroom and living room that vent through a special hole in the window.

There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible.

No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace.

Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am.

Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive.
