A third living space with TV, reading nook and boardgames is the perfect teen hangout or kids' room—there is also the capability to set up a Koala fold out queen sofa and single bed at an additional cost.

The well-equipped kitchen features timber cabinets and a teal-tiled splashback. Easily cater for family gatherings with all the essentials including a full-sized fridge and freezer, stove oven, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and Soda Stream machine. The formal dining room seats eight guests comfortably, with an additional four stools available at the kitchen bench.

The property sleeps eight comfortably across four rooms, plus the double and single sofa beds in the living room. The first bedroom is replete with a king bed, plus a spacious ensuite with tub and a walk-in closet. The second and third rooms are identical, with plenty of natural light and a comfortable queen bed in each, while the fourth bedroom has two king singles, plus the option to set up a third king single trundle bed.

The main bathroom is pristine, with a walk-in shower, full-sized tub and vanity, plus complimentary toiletries to get you through your short stay.
