Located in a quite neighborhood, the house is Family friendly. Main bedroom with ensuite and a second bathroom shared by 2 other bedrooms. WIFI included, living room has a smart TV for you to log on to your favorite streaming programs. Split system heating & cooling. Driveway will fit 4 cars and a boat. We have a Game Room, with table tennis , Hookey board & blackboard.

With a short 5min drive over the bridge onto Phillip Island you can see incredible Australian wildlife & spectacular landscapes.
