It is 30 mins to the airport (depending on traffic) and a great base to travel to the Perth CBD, the port city of Fremantle, Swan Valley, Hillarys Marina, Swan Valley, local wildlife parks or to travel further afield to the south-west of WA.

Please note the minimum stay for holiday accommodation at Observation Rise is generally 5 nights but a longer minimum stay may apply for some properties over peak periods including holidays and the festive season.
