Absolute Oceanview Beachfront - Sandy Feet 🦶 1

Wow full oceanfront views from the kitchen window, dining room sliding doors and main bedroom bay window. Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy uninterrupted sunset views from the deck. Step straight out the front door to the beach. Modern 3 bedroom apartment, one very comfortable king bed, with a chaise in the bay window for relaxing and reading in the main bedroom with black out curtains. The other 2 bedrooms have very comfortable double beds with day/night roller blinds. Undercover carport for 1 vehicle and open air parking for guests. Wireless internet, smart TV. 6 seater outdoor dining area to watch the sunset on gorgeous Semaphore beach. Coastal walking path at your front door all the way to North Haven or in the opposite direction to Grange and Henley Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, 6 seater indoor dining setting, separate lounge area with large TV and sound bar if the view is not enough. We use quality linen and Sheridan towels, supply beach towels for use, so no need to bring your own. Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar and basic amenities of salt, pepper, tomato, BBq sauce and cooking oil. Bathroom offers a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity with room to move. Reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area and fans thru out to keep you cool or warm. Front deck has uninterrupted views with a dining table and chairs. We have games on site for you to enjoy. Blow up paddle board, blow up kayak, life jackets, totem tennis, tennis racquets and balls to head down to Point Malcolm Reserve a short 5 minute walk to have a hit, use their free bbq facilities also. Beach cricket set, bocci, frisbee and kids bucket and spade set all to use whilst staying with us. Do it all or just soak up the view, relax and unwind.

Lovely beachfront stay just like home

Perfect stay to attend National Athletics. Extended our stay to have a holiday too, perfectly located to explore Adelaide and surrounding areas. Being from the beautiful Jervis Bay NSW it was important for me to be near the beach for my stay, this place was perfect. Will stay again if needing to travel to Adelaide in the future

Our second stay here

We loved the property as the managers have everything and don’t skimp. The basics of dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, enough toilet paper etc. good quality bedding, towels, kitchen equipment makes this place awesome. We used the paddle board and kayak this time and had a ball. Beds are comfy. Absolute beachfront is awesome. Can be a little noisy from people upstairs but not enough that we were worried about it. Highly recommend.

Perfect beach getaway

The apartment is clean, bright, well stocked and right on the beach a few kilometre walk from the main part of Semaphore. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and an amazing view of the beach with easy beach access. The beds are super comfortable and the linen great quality.

My family and I had a great time. Property and location was fantastic. Having the beach at the back of the property was amazing. Had a lot of chill time there enjoying the ocean views and having a coffee. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely clean & comfortable with great views and convenient & quiet location.

Had a lovely short break, good location to base ourselves for catching up with family over Christmas & enjoy some tome out ourselves. Only shortcoming no access to BBQ facilities onsite. We were lucky & had nice quiet neighbours.

Had a fantastic break.

Location was great. Able to walk to cafes etc..on walking tracks. Apartment was lovely and clean and very comfortable. There would be only 3 things I would suggest and this is "nitpicking". Maybe a suitcase stand for main room (plenty of room for it. That bedroom was a great size). A coffee table for lounge area. And sorry about this one..some average size mugs for tea & coffee. They are only suggestions and please don't think that made the difference of us having a nice holiday. I would definitely think of re hiring. Thanking You. Ann Batey.

Perfect location for a beach holiday with beautiful views and amazing sunsets!

We enjoyed 12 glorious days here in a perfect location so close to the beach. The apartment is stylish, well equipped and comfortable. We are a South Australian couple who love to travel the world! We also enjoy renovating properties, so we embarked on purchasing some old apartments on the beach and fully renovated them to a standard that we feel the most people would also enjoy. We love the beach and the outdoors when we are not running 2 family businesses.

Why they chose this property

The beach, all our holidays are based around water. To wake up to the sound of waves and the smell of the ocean is so calming and a great start to the day. The sunsets are stunning on most days and as you are on the beachfront you have uninterrupted sunset views from the deck. Quiet and relaxing as we are in a cul de sac it is such a peaceful area. The coastal walk goes for miles so is of great enjoyment to walk or ride the western beaches coastline.

What makes this property unique

We are consistently updating and modernizing Sandy Feet 1, moving with the times, our apartment is extremely clean and welcoming. Our beds are extremely comfortable we use great quality linen and towels. We offer beach towels so no need to bring your own, just bring your bathers. blow up kayak and a paddle board for use onsite with life jackets for adults and children, outdoor games for all to enjoy in a very safe environment.
