Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers two queen beds and the third room offers one queen bed. Other features include flat screen smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Our location was terrific as it was very accommodating for all events and restaurants from which we wanted to participate. The place we rented had maintenance issues before we arrived, so we were notified that it wasn’t available. The company set us up with a slightly larger rental at a different but equally nice location. The property (island vista) was beautiful, clean and a wonderful spot for families. It was great for our teens and our two girls under 5. They all asked to make our visit an annual trip.

Loved the place. Overall, easy check in, listing was accurate and huge upside of pool and lazy river on site for the kids to take a respite from the beach all day. Only recommendations would be they only give you one TP, garbage bag, paper towel, etc. and no basic ingredients (ie salt and pepper for cooking). Stayed at others that are little more accommodating but overall a great space and stay.

Enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The condo is exactly as advertised - Updated, clean and spacious. The building is not huge so the beach and pool are not overcrowded. The location is excellent. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My first impression was not good. We walked in and the cover for the kitchen light was laying on the counter and the door for the laundry was off and leaning against the washer. Also, a lot of the smoke alarms were missing. However, we called and maintenance came and put up the light. The next day they brought smoke alarms and installed them. After those items were fixed we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The location is great and the condo was large enough for my family. We are planning on coming back next summer. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was in good condition. The cleaning could be a little more thorough. The guest parking situation is a little small and cramped. I could barely open my doors to get my kids in and out one whole side constantly smelled like trash from the compactor below.the pools are so nice but there is no bathroom at the pool area. Checkout was easy but I should not have to strip the bed linens for the Cleaning crew. This goes hand in hand with the cleaning issues. The indoor pools are very cold.the beds also are very squeaky.
