Water Front, Lake View, 3 Bdrm apartment!
This lakefront condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 9ft ceilings and a patio with a view. The kitchen, living and dining space is a modern open space concepts and walks out to the deck equipped with a BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a gas stove, wine fridge and a dishwasher. And the AC will keep you cool in the summer when you need a break from the sun. In the owners bedroom you will find a king size bed and a soaker tub to relax with a glass of wine. The second bedroom features a king size bed and the third room offers two bunk beds.
The building features a hot tub, seasonal pool, gym, private dock (no moorage offered) and private beach.
Our condo is located in the La Miranda development on the southwest side of the lake. It is a 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive to downtown Osoyoos. With all the amazing wineries, lake activities and La Miranda's amenities there is something here for everyone!
