BEAUTIFUL GOLF COURSE HOME. 3 BEDROOM, 2BATH COMPLETELY REDONE INSIDE AND OUT. WALK-IN SHOWER IN MASTER. GREAT COMPLETELY COVERED DECK TO WATCH THE GOLFERS PLAY. HOME SITS BACK UP OFF THE COURSE SO IT GIVES YOU A GREAT VIEW.
Also towels & linens, in fact just about everything you could need for the all-American dream vacation.
The Village also has nine championship golf courses. Restaurants are located at each golf clubhouse, and there are a number of other restaurants both within and outside the village gates. There are thirty miles of hiking trails, weekend concerts, summer farmers' markets, a workout center with an indoor Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, pickleball, lawn bowling, putt-putt, and more. Within thirty minutes is Hot Springs, home to the famous Oaklawn Race Track and Casino--the largest tourist attraction in Arkansas; Garvan Woodland Gardens; magician Maxwell Blade's family show; Magic Springs Theme & Water Park; beautiful Lake Hamilton; and downtown historic bathhouses and shopping. Coleman Mining, located in nearby Jessieville, offers a fun family outing of digging for crystals; and the Ouachita Mountains and Lake are minutes from the West Gate.
Note, the East Gate entrance closes to guests at midnight. If you arrive after midnight, the only entry option is to go around and enter through the West Gate on Highway 7, which is open 24/7.
Cancellations - Nightly or 1-week booking – 72 hours prior to notice=no charge, otherwise 1-night charge + tax. No exceptions. There will be no refund for early departures due to weather, illness, etc.
***Rates based on 2 adults, additional adults (ages 16 & over)will be a $5.00 per person per night charge. All rights reserved. Terms and conditions, features, support, pricing, and service options are subject to change without notice. Three (3) night minimum night stay required for all major Holidays.***
