Our two-bedroom vacation home is equipped for a fun-loving family or group ready to enjoy the best resort on South Padre Island. Our condo is located on the 6th floor and has a private beachfront balcony with an amazing view of the resort as well as the beach. Wake up to just one sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from our amazing balcony and you'll swear you're a mermaid. You've never seen anything like this! We're happy to host your trip to South Padre Island, and can't wait for you to get here!

RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand.
