The house could use a couch update to go with the beautiful beach view and movies on the projector screen but we loved the swing chair!!

Great Views

Some lack of attention to detail in the finishes, but overall a great rental. Loved the views from the deck and living room, and public access to the beach is just a few blocks away.

Great getaway!

We loved everything about the house and amenities. Beach is in walking distance and the projector TV was a pleasant surprise!

Beautiful view, but pictures are not all accurate

Amazing location, nice property, beach is amazing. However, some amenities pictured are not present or functional. There is no hammock, no private access to the beach, and the outdoor shower cannot be reached or used. All of there are features in pictures on the listing. I alerted the property manager about these misleading photos and did not hear back from them. Truth in advertising is important! Property is showing a little wear and tear.

Best view in town

The location of this house is perfect! It is a cozy, classic beach house that makes for a lovely beach stay. It has a well-supplied kitchen, games and projector for watching movies. The description said it slept 10 but that’s pretty tight. The lower floor is accessed by stairs or from an outside door. The stairs are a circular staircase that might be a hazard for older adults or small children. Overall. It met expectations and communication, check-in and check-out was flawless.

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time relaxing and taking in the amazing view. The home was cozy, clean, and updated beautifully. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Location

The property is awesome. Beautifully decorated, great location and very clean. It’s a little small but perfect for a family of 4ish. I would only want to make sure everyone knows the stairs in the house are a little spiral staircase (in the pictures). I was with my parents who are both in their 60’s and they had a hard time getting up and down the stairs. Also the pup was NOT a fan of the stairs. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The property was great, the rental company needs some work

This house was very cozy for our family of four. The listing states that there were 2 full bathrooms, but there are only 1 1/2…one shower. The views were amazing and location was great. The house had everything we needed for our short stay and it was comfy and modern and really cute. It technically could sleep 10 people, but I wouldn’t want to stay there with more than 4 adults and maybe 2 kids. We left some items in the dryer when we checked out and I reached out to Meredith Lodging two days after we left to make arrangements to have them mailed to us. After a week and several texts and emails from me, they finally told me that housekeeping didn’t find anything. I guess housekeeping threw them away or kept them…not very professional.
