The unit has high ceilings with an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area which provide the feeling of space and natural lighting. The unit is tiled throughout with the living area offering a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD player with assorted DVD's, PlayStation 3 and access to the wrap-around balcony which is perfect for entertaining whilst admiring the spectacular views of Shoal Bay Beach.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and a family fridge/ freezer. Two great sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and the convenience of providing a hair dryer. The unit provides an internal laundry located off the kitchen area; the laundry has a washing machine.

Bay Getaway is in a small block of three units and provides a single lock up garage. Bay Getaway is located near Zenith Beach which is ideal for surfing and only a short walk will lead you to Shoal Bay Beach, cafes, restaurants, Shoal Bay Country Club and Port Stephens Game Fishing Club.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Could easily be improved
The property had a good living area, but the kitchen was quite cramped. The TV unit and Play station was difficult to switch on and use- it needs a simple guide- had to call the local agent.The facility had a washing machine, but no dryer. Unfortunately due to the humidity,in spite of hot sunny days with strong winds it took more than 24 hours to dry clothesThe property was close to the beach,but with a very steep hills to walk up. good view from living area.Window with key locks had to use.
