There is a strict no-smoking policy. Any smoking and that includes marijuana. We will impose an extra cleaning fee of $200, to professionally deodorize and clean all upholstery including bed, rugs, chairs, sofa.
No extra guests besides those included in the reservation; unless prior request and written approval for extra visitor(s).
Our apartment should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.

Coin-op laundry in the basement. Free use of 2 bikes. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
