Coromandels Three Chimney Villa
This Heritage Listed home has beautiful verandahs and ornate fireplaces yet comes with all your modern luxuries - Gas fire, 3 heat pumps, Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, and a well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, (ice/water) and Nespresso machine.
The three spacious bedrooms, large kitchen, dining and lounge area will have you enjoying every corner of this very special home.
Master King bedroom has an ensuite and small adjoining room, a perfect area for that portable cot if required. Queen and twin single rooms share a modern bathroom complete with bath.
The undercover outdoor entertaining space with Weber BBQ, infrared heater, and fridge overlooks the lush green yard that even has a small vineyard!
The lovely ground setting with beautiful well established trees and gardens is fully fenced and has plenty of parking. Just 550 meters from the heart of Coromandel Township and less than 150 meters from our local hotel it is ideal for that short stroll for drinks and dinner out.
****Please inform upon booking whether you will be requiring the portable cot or high chair so we can make it available for you.
