This well appointed Villa offers a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, modern appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, complementary WIFI, air conditioning in the lounge room and main bedroom, fully equipped laundry and a luxurious free standing bath in the main bathroom.
A private first floor balcony at the front of the property allows you to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon treat whilst listening to the native birdlife.

Mollymook Beach stretches for 2km, from Bannisters Point in the north to the Mollymook Golf Club atop the southern headland. Both ends of the beach are patrolled during the warmer months. Relax on the fine sands, enjoy beach fishing, and go snorkelling or diving around the rocky headlands and central reef.
You can also learn to surf or hone your skills with Mollymook Beach Surf School or Pam Burridge Surf Schools. The grassy knoll behind the beach is perfect for picnics. At the southern end of the beach there is a large natural rock pool, called the Bogey Hole. The shallow tidal pool is great for swimming and snorkelling.
Treat yourself and dine at the award-winning Rick Stein at Bannisters, enjoying local oysters, freshly caught seafood and coastal views. Another acclaimed dining experience in Mollymook is Gwylo, an all-day eatery that serves a seasonally-changing menu. Dial up the luxury and visit the Bannisters Day Spa.
