Dolphin Family House at the Beach

Dolphin House is the perfect location to take advantage of all the region has to offer while situated next our fabulous coastline. WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACHES, A COZY WOOD FIRE AND FREE WIFI.

This is a fully self-contained family home, a great base for your stay in the region for anytime of the year!

This beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The bed configuration is 1 king, 2 queens and 2 single beds. The upstairs area is an open planned living space which steps out onto a large BBQ deck wrapping around the house. This is a great area for entertaining or just relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen has modern cooking facilities, coffee pod machine and is completely self-contained.

Downstairs you will find a second lounge area/ theatre room, a very private king bedroom with an ensuite. The second lounge area is nestled downstairs, features a large flat screen TV, comfortable sitting area and a selection of toys for the kids. Here you will be surrounded by a lovely native garden and lawn area.

Enjoy a stroll to family and surf beaches, sample the fantastic cuisine at our local restaurants and beach cafes, explore many world class wineries, or tee up to have a round of golf at our picturesque course just 5 minutes away.

The wineries and other local attractions are only a short drive from Dolphin House. Ensure you make a trip to the township of Margaret River, only 12 kms drive, where you can find a great variety of local shops, gourmet foods and restaurants.

The property was extremely clean and decked out with everything you would need for a winter, weekend getaway. The 4 girls from our mothers group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

Pick this one - you won’t regret it!
Just spent a long weekend with girlfriends at this property! We were also pleased with the choice we made. The house, is very clean (for 4 clean freaks this was important), bedding towels the lot. House was in a perfect location - walked to the common Saturday afternoon only 10 mins (fast pace). Veronica was a wonderful help - thanks for helping h with all my questions. Tip - if you like your music - take a blue tooth speaker. The unit in the house only fits old iPods, with larger pin. Aside from that, we will be back!!

Excellent, would definatley stay again!
A very pleasent place to stay. we went in the colder month so spent a lot of time indoors but still had a great view and a nice wood fire to stay warm. good location for getting around and to see the attractions. over all a great house, location and makes for a fantastic winter getaway.

Very Happy!
The House was fantastic. The images are exactly as per the house. The beds are firm and comfy, plenty of warmth during our winter stay with electric blankets on the beds, and a fantastic fire place. We used the mornings to out and explored the beaches, mountain bike paths in Margaret River and wineries / brewery's and were back and relaxing with the fire warming the house by 3pm... very relaxing!

Excellent Property
Our party of 6 adults were thoroughly impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this property. It was supplied with every amenity you could hope for, including quality towels, bed linen, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee (including a pod machine with pods). The kitchen was also very well stocked of utensils, crockery, cutlery and general use items. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, modern house
Have stayed twice at this property, both times with a group of friends. Modern renovations finish off this beautiful house with a great upstairs living area that extends out onto a large balcony with some ocean views. Well equipped in the kitchen (except for a coffee machine), large screen tv in the additional living area downstairs & wood fire upstairs.

Lovely house with beautiful view
Prime location with gorgeous view in the morning. We have enjoyed every facility available at the accommodation (especially the fragrant soaps that were provided as complimentary!). The hosts, both Roni and Wendy, were lovely and extremely helpful.
