Lovable, Seafront Luxury Villa with Pool in Saronida, Athens Riviera
It is a cozily furnished two-floor semi-detached house, part of an elegant set of private villas.
The house features a spacious swimming pool with a large pool-side veranda and is surrounded by a colorful secluding garden. With four bedrooms it can easily accommodate a family with kids and grandparents or two couples. It is an ideal house either for summer and winter vacations or teleworking base as all the bedrooms are air conditioned and the house has central heating and a nice fireplace in the living room.
The interior consists of two levels. The ground level includes the living room, the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom with access to the garden and a bathroom. The upper level has three bedrooms and a bath. The two front bedrooms share a veranda with panoramic view over the Saronic Gulf just perfect for morning coffee or a late night cup.
There is also an underground garage which can accommodate 2 cars and features an EV charger.
The surroundings are picturesque and the whole set-up creates an elegant and pleasant ensemble.
Saronida features a 5 kms paved walkway just on the water-line. It is a really nice walk any time of the day and passes just outside of the estate.

We first came to Saronida in 1999 for a few days interval. By the moment we walked down the beach and enjoyed the view of the sunset we knew that we should build a house there. And here it is.
Why they chose this property
This house is built with love and care. It is built in order to make occupants feel happy and relaxed. Well being is taken in serious consideration in every little touch in order to please not only the eye and the ear but the senses altogether.
What makes this property unique
Children absoloutly love the house and parents can enjoy a relaxed stay. Nevertheless if you want the night life and partying, that can be found down the road.
