The Vrbo was terrific. I would suggest two changes (1) modify key entry we were given a single key which is required for entry and exit of all doors and (2) a motion detector would be great outside the front entry.
Property is as advertised and consistent with prior reviews. It is dated but functional and in a great location. We had a few hiccups upon check-in that were a bit inconvenient but the response by the manager was the best I have seen in all my VRBO experience! Overall the extended family had good fun during our 5 day stay.
The property has been let go! No gardener for months trash piled up, no pool umbrellas, shower nozzles have air in the lines, dead plants all over the yard, front gate key pad doesn't work. This property while clean in inside should not be rented until someone cleans it up. I can send photos if anyone wants them.
Great house! The floor plan worked well for us. The kitchen and outdoor grill was perfect for our holiday cooking. We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect for both neighborhood walks and access to downtown old Palm Springs. We couldn’t control heat in bedrooms or casita. The casita blew cold air - fine for sleeping but otherwise uncomfortable. Two main house bedrooms were too warm, one was too cold. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and recommend!
The house, property and pool/spa played a huge factor in our first time great experience in Palm Springs. There is so much outdoor space to enjoy with this house and the inside is exactly as pictured. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee either watching all the birds in the back yard or in the lounge space looking right up into the mountains. For us, the location was perfect as it is so close to downtown Palm Springs but also super close to the Tram, the trails into Indian Canyon and even the Farmers Market on Saturday. We did a mix of dinners out as well as "at home" and the grill worked great and we had all the supplies we needed to have wonderful dinners dining outside of evenings. We will be back!
This place is massive. Lots of room for everybody. Most everything was perfect; a few items need maintenance- but appear to be working on those. Beds are good. Kitchen is nice, could be better equipped. The neighborhood is dead quiet and an easy 1 mile walk to downtown. Plenty of options closer by, too. Trailheads for hikes along the base of San Jacinto are just a few blocks away. You should go.

Fun location!! And place has a nice feeling.
Pool is dated but has lovely palm trees above.
Staying at Vista Las Palmas was a real treat! We loved the luxurious atmosphere, the spaciousness, and quiet. The house is beautiful, set amongst tall palm trees on a corner lot in a lovely neighbourhood. We enjoyed sitting out on both patios and swimming in the pool very much. Vista Las Palmas is truly magnificient and we would love to stay there again.
Very nice property in an excellent community. Has both a hot tub and pool, but it was too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was very nice. Communication with the booking agent was poor. The property is showing signs of age and should be better maintained in order to be rented as a luxury home.
Spacious home, cool kitchen and excellent space for hanging out. Loved the pool and it had shade and sunlight for those blazing summer days. The rental agency was spot-on and super helpful. We will be back!
