All bedrooms have a ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe & tall boy.

*Bedroom three: Tri-bunk (double lower bed, single top bunk).
KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM:
The bright, sunfilled open plan kitchen and dining room have spectacular views over the tree tops. Nestled on high ground, the feeling of vast space is perfect for those wanting to unwind.
The adjacent stylish, yet super comfortable living room makes you feel right at home. A split systems cools the the living room in summer and the gas log fire sets the perfect scene for a relaxing night in.
THREE OUTDOOR DINING SPACES:
The living room opens and extends to a beautiful, undercover retreat surrounded by a lush and well established garden of succulents, native plants and mature trees. This private and fully enclosed front garden is just one of three outdoor dinning spaces, and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The second outdoor entertaining space is one for the water lovers; fully decked and private, the large sunken spa and bar-height table & stools are illuminated in the evening with draped bulb lighting.
The rear, sun-filled deck offers tree top views, a third outdoor dining table, and a sense of calm you need to see to believe. The perfect setting for brunch, reading a book, or sharing an evening meal.
Set on a large corner allotment just shy of 1100m2 (Corner of Chenier Street and Service Rd) and located halfway between the beach and the bay as well as being surrounded by some of the most spectacular nature trails, sightseeing and natural wonders that the Southern Mornington Peninsula is famous for, this is coastal living re-imagined. The corner allotment of this home, allows for easy off street parking on both the service road and Chenier street.
Full bed linen is supplied. Bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are also supplied. Please note Guests are required to bring bath and beach towels.
* PLEASE NOTE bedroom three is suitable for 3 children, or 1-2 adults only.
The top bunk is not suitable or available to use by adults, and the lower double bed is best used for 2 children, or 1 adult.
* COFFEE MACHINE: There is an Expressi coffee machine available to use. This machine uses ALDI Expressi coffee pods only.
* PLEASE NOTE: Strictly NO SCHOOLIE groups. Unfortunately we do not have the systems in place to manage schoolie or young large group bookings under 28 years of age. We prefer mature adults or family groups. This is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire, for short Stays.
