Lovely home
We enjoyed this home for New Year’s Eve. It was the perfect home for a group of friends. There are multiple outdoor areas to enjoy which was a highlight!

Christmas stay
The house was great, very spacious, and close to everything. Very big outdoor areas. Great for outdoor entertainment. Only issue we had, is that there was only 1 toilet between 7 people, so we found that a little inconvenient. Also the air conditioning unit doesn’t reach the bedrooms.

Rye Summer Break
Over great stay although on arrival the Spa was visibly dirty. Property Manager assured me it was cleaned ‘after’ every stay, however when the pool man arrived two days before we left I realised this was not the case. Also we had unexpected Trades arrive unannounced to do work without our knowledge. House has no kid friendly kitchen ware and is not set up for children under 2 so you will need to take porta cots, high chair etc. Strangely no bath plug either!
