Look carefully at the
This unit DID NOT have a stove!!! !it was very misleading. Shows pic of a hotplate on the counter, which we thought it was just something extra because who would ever think a condo in a well know Place, like the masions sir Mer would NOT HAVE A STOVE TOP!! It had a hotplate that pulled out of the counter but it didn't work either. We went 4 days without anything to cook on, and we had a one-year-old so that made things horrible. They can Friday with a new hot plate. The maintenance man said the owners oe the relative knew it didn't work. The unit smelled of smoke so bad that we had to spray fabRWW

Gotcha’ Day
We came down for our son’s Gotcha’ Day like we do every year z.We brought my son’s girlfriend and he proposed to her. It was a joyous w week with a great view of the ocean. We play board games and the dining room table was perfect for that. Unit was very clean with a state-of-the-art kitchen. We had to supply our own towels and sheets, which we have before. I am wheelchair bound, so their walk-in tub was perfect for me.

Definitely not up to par
We have stayed at Maison Sur Mer for the past 5 years due to the fact that that it’s property is amazing in all aspects. However, this particular condo does not live up to what we are use to (or use to in other places either) The pictures did not give a good representation to actuality- The condo is out dated, the bathrooms were dingy especially the cabinets, there was a hole in the side of the bottom kitchen cabinet, nails and picture hangers in the walls, overall poor paint job, dirty carpets with stains, there was no kitchenette table as shown on the pictures and no twin bed. For the amount of money that we paid, this property was definitely not worth it, plus Having to rent our linens (which did not fit the beds) and beach chairs - bringing the total cost much higher. I would not recommend this property in its current state.
