Developed and designed in the 1800s by the Baroness de Pontalba, who was dubbed one of the most dynamic personalities in the city's history, this beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo highlights the authentic New Orleans character. We are centrally located, making it ideal for vacation renters looking to be apart of our beautiful city for a couple days. We are close to all of New Orleans attractions: Cafes, Restaurants, Jackson Square, Bourbon Street and upscale nightlife. Parking is available all around the neighborhood.

Great place to stay

Great place with plenty of space. It is within walking distance to most things and the train lines. We had a great time and it was much better than staying in a hotel.

Fantastic location!

Wow this place couldn't have been any closer to the French Quarter! Excellent property and so nice! The only issue we had was no hot water, but it was a small hiccup. Great place and Jennifer was so communicative!

Great Location & Comfortable

The condo is centrally located in the French Quarter. It is walking distance to the River Streetcar and the Hop on Hop off bus. The condo is a block from the police station, fire department & court house so we felt very safe as 2 single women traveling. The condo was quiet and comfortable.

Fantastic location & accurate listing

The checkin process was straight forward and easy once we arrived. Loved how close the apartment is to everything in the French Quarter. What was surprising was how quiet the area is for being so close to Bourbon street. Apartment also felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. Great little place for a getaway.

French Quarter perfection

Walking distance to everything, secure building, super comfy king bed, walk-in shower, elevator, and beautifully redecorated in all respects. Two big TVs and washer and dryer. A real treasure these days in the French Quarter.

Great Find

Loved the condo. Although it was an older property, it has been updated and looks really nice. The location was excellent. It was about 5 minutes from all our tour starting points and all the sights we wanted to see . The manager was great. She responded in a timely way and was very helpful.

Great all around

This stay was great. This was within walking distance to everything. Parking was limited, but we paid a fee across the street and just left our car. This was the only thing that we didn’t like. It was very clean, easy to access. We enjoyed our stay!

Location Location Location

exceptional condo, top of the line appliances and finishes. within blocks of every kind of shopping, eating, or drinking you want to experience. 2 blocks from Bourbon Street, 5 minutes walking distance to Cafe Du Monde and French Quarter Market. No parking close to condo, there is public parking a few blocks away and is very expensive, something to consider into price of stay. I agree with other reviews that the hot water for the shower is very iffy. It ran for 40 minutes before it was comfortable, The morning we left, we had to take cold showers as we did not have the time to wait. The TV in living area has been replaced and the wall needs to be patched up and painted. But we were very pleased with our stay here.

Upscale condo in a great location

This condo is part of a 6-unit building located on a relatively quiet side street in the French quarter about midway between Jackson Sqare and Canal Street. Access is via a modern elevator that is larger than I would have expected in a building this size. The unit is very nice with high ceilings, a full kitchen, and large upscale bath. The bed is quite comfortable, and the unit is nicely decorated. The host provided plenty of laundry and dishwasher tabs, the latter of which came in handy as the small number of spoons and glasses caused us to have to run a half empty dishwasher nearly every day. I would have given this unit 5 stars if not for the terrible Wi-Fi. It often took a dozen or more attempts to connect, and devices were frequently bumped off. Some days, I had to rely on my phone because nothing would connect to Wi-Fi. Since the large TVs are dependent on Wi-Fi, these issues made them useless. On the one occasion I was successful in getting a TV to connect, it was bumped off 20 minutes into my game and wouldn't reconnect.

Very clean, cozy place! The shower was not ideal-took some time for water to get hot, then it was too hot! No access to tv reception-I needed my ESPN fix!
