Getting Around:
You can arrive by airplane in Natal and hire our transportation services. We can organize tours and rent a car if desired.

Other Things to Note:
Daily cleaning, night guard, pool and garden maintenance included.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 6 per day
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
