The Space:
For your entertainment needs, a large television with a variety of channels is available, ensuring you won't miss out on your favorite shows or sporting events during your stay. And if you need to stay connected, high-speed internet is provided throughout the property, enabling you to easily keep in touch with loved ones or catch up on work if needed.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is renowned for its idyllic beaches, vibrant culture, and natural wonders, and this exceptional mansion offers the perfect base for exploring all that this enchanting region has to offer.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
Electricity and staff as an extra

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1600 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
