Family reunion

This was our second stay. We had all the comforts of home and then some. I can see that as the kids get older we will run out of bedrooms.

Comfortable stay and great host

Tina is an excellent host. Communication with her was super easy and super fast. She gave us a lot of information ahead of time, and even extended our checkin and checkout times. The house itself was a gem. There were many stairs as others have commented, so it's not for those physically challenged. But the ocean view was excellent, the amenities were more than what we expected, and she even prepared snacks for our kids. Thank you so much Tina!

Large home, nice neighborhood, friendly and helpful property owner

We enjoyed our time at this property, including beautiful sunsets, cooking in the nice kitchen and playing pool. The house is great for adults especially families but would not be well suited to older people or toddlers, or anyone who is mobility-challenged. The TV with cable and the washer/dryer are in the master bedroom which was no problem for our family but something to note. Tina is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered as a property owner and very responsive.

Lovely stay with amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kids found lots to play with at the house. We enjoyed the lovely views and seeing the closeness of the ferry terminal, was able to change our plans for a day trip to Victoria. The house was clean, very well stocked and Tina was so responsive to any questions we had.

Family reunion

Lots of room for all ages. Toys, games, deck space, well equipped kitchen with plenty of everything. Even had a treadmill and with 5 levels of stairs you got plenty of exercise

Views - views - views! Unfortunately stairs - stairs -stairs. Very nice kitchen and play room downstairs. My kids loved the place as there was multiple levels for hide and seek. First time back in my hometown where I lived just down the road. Nice and chilled spot!

Great place on the ocean side!

We were 9 during our stay. 6 adults and 3 teenagers. The host surprised us with threats and toothbrushes and many needy other things. Their was 63 stairs from top to bottom of the house, yet no problem to manage and it gives a private spaces to all. Easy access to the water. The breeze at night was great and the sound of the waves is the best way to go to sleep. Thank you Tina for answering all our question. You have an amazing location. Philippe

Beautiful Beachfront Vacation

This house is very beautiful and comfortable! We loved it. There were views in every direction, there were windows everywhere. I will add that there are also stairs - about 5 flights - so if stairs are an issue take that into consideration. The house spills down the cilffside with the garage at the top and the beach at the bottom. Every floor has a patio/balcony and these have been covered with astroturf so they're incredibly comfortable to hang out on. Owners have stocked the bathrooms and kitchen very generously and thoroughly, we were blown away by the many thoughtful touches. I will note that there is no outdoor BBQ which was not a problem for us as the kitchen has a huge professional grade stove with six gas burners which was a joy to cook on. Another joy was the very sharp kitchen knives which you NEVER get in a rental; usually I have to bring my own as rental knives tend to get put in the dishwasher which makes them dull. Great knives here if you like to cook! Very well-appointed kitchen. Another thing I would bring is maybe some sort of sunshade for afternoons - the property is west-facing so the sun really bakes you if you are sitting outside. Again, this wasn't a problem for us but I pictured bringing older parents and they might have wanted a sunshade or two. But ocean breezes kept everything lovely and cool and the sunsets were absolutely spectacular. We were two moms with our four daughters and we had a lovely relaxing time at this house. Also the owner was responsive to messages and very generous in spirit. Thank you Tina!

A Worthwhile Stay For Both Locals and Visitors

Very cool location for someone who has grown up in the Lower Mainland because I don't usually see this side of Tsawwassen. It was amazing to be able to walk out onto the beach. The price to pay is a lot of stairs since it is a 5-story house, but it is well worth it for the convenience of being so close to the water. The house was well stocked with toiletries and towels, and had a ton of toys for our kids to play with. There were even plenty of kids beach toys ready to go.

Great Family trip

We are from Toronto and traveling with 2 kids. The house is very clean and modern, had everything we need. Made us felt like home, not a hotel. Tina really went above and beyond as a host. The kids loved playing with toys at the house while we enjoyed the sunshine and breeze. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was for sure a once in a lifetime experience for us and the kids. We will definitely come back when we had chance!

Happy home with THE VIEW

Perfect getaway for our family!! Lots of seating areas for folks to laugh and visit, including the absolutely incredible balconies on all floors. My family loved the high tech fridge too! Several grocery stores, restaurants, liquor store etc are 7 mins away….and this house is all about the view and personal beach access! We watched the wildlife for hours and hours. Tina was wonderful to work with and make our visit perfect!

We stayed and this property before and were blown away by the house and Tina herself. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that she has for her guests is amazing. It was the exact same this time around. We will continue to stay here whenever we are in town.

Worth every penny!!!

This home is truly amazing and the views are unbelievable from every floor. The host, Tina, was just as spectacular. She went up and over any expectations we had or have ever received from any other host. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway or a place to take the whole family, look no further. We will defiantly stay here again in the future.

A wonderful beach holiday!

We were very fortunate to find this home on short notice for our annual family holiday. We enjoyed walks along the beach every day and sitting out on the many balconies at sunset. The kids had so much fun playing on the balconies and the little beds were perfect for them. The house was well stocked and Tina made sure we had everything we needed. She was so kind and responsive and really made sure that we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated her generosity as a host so much. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a tranquil beach vacation. It was so peaceful and quiet and the ocean breeze kept the house very cool on hot August days. Thanks Tina!

Beautiful Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. I was left a gift and decor for my birthday , and communication was was very good. Amazing views from all levels of the house. There are a lot of stairs, so not recommended if you have serious mobility issues.
