Retreat@91 is a fully self contained property where you can relax and reset in a picturesque rural setting just minutes from the township of Ballan.
The 4 bedroom house sleeps up to 8 with a range of options for bedding requirements. These can be discussed when booking.
A spacious kitchen with quality appliances and a sunny breakfast nook.
The Master bedroom has an ensuite with spa bath and there is a shared family bathroom with a double shower.
2 large living areas, - perfect for relaxing with a book or
fun games nights. Tv's, Wifi.
A fully equipped laundry.
Outdoors there are:
BBQ facilities, Alfresco area, playground, sandpit, firepit and well established gardens full of birdlife.
Trampoline and indoor pool available in the warmer months.
The Studio is available for hire for small groups and is ideal for workshops/Planning/ Team building sessions. This has bathroom and full kitchen facilities.

Property stands comfortably amongst the best I have stayed at. Large block, spacious accommodation, indoor pool and lounge area, play equipment, fully self contained, clean and with all kitchen and other accessories. Location is out of town, quiet and relaxing. Outstanding and a relaxing getaway.

Perfect Private Getaway
My family and I loved our stay at this property. There are so many fun things to do for the kids and beautiful gardens to explore and enjoy. My young children loved the play equipment and looking at the animals. The indoor pool was the highlight of our stay! The house is very spacious and very clean. Check in process was easy and communication with the host is A+. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway and highly recommend it if you have children.

Gorgeous property, plenty of space inside and out, kids loved the play equipment and practically lived in the pool. Hosts were super helpful and accommodating, especially considered we turned up a day earlier than expected (whoops). Hope to return next summer!

Beautiful Property with Indoor Pool and Spacious garden
My sister and I chose this property for a getaway with our sons aged 12, 10, 10, and 6. There was a definite "wow factor" from the moment we arrived. The house itself was SPOTLESS, modern, well-equipped with everything you would ever need, and spacious. The surrounding gardens were large, private and beautiful. A haven for butterflies which were everywhere. The cutest bunnies in the garden in the morning and evening. Sheep in a field at the rear of the property. Our boys loved toasting marshmallows in the firepit in the back garden. It was a great place to just sit and talk too. The poolhouse was a HUGE drawcard for us. We were in there A LOT. The pool is solar heated and was always at a comfortable temperature. There was a shower and toilet in the poolhouse and an alfresco dining area. Everything was very secure. You could lock the sliding glass door to the pool, and there were also gates to lock pretty much all around the house, so smaller children would be safe. There was an impressive amount of playground equipment in the back garden and a trampoline. Our 6-year-old especially appreciated these. The owners were easy and pleasant to communicate with and very quick with replies to any questions. Once we were at the property I had no need to contact them because there wasn't a problem with anything. Would definitely recommend this beautiful property and we hope to stay there again.

Great for the whole family
We stayed for a 60th birthday with family. Kids were safe with multiple play spaces and property divided with gates. Lots of amenities and seating options for young and old. The home was clean, warm and spacious with sections to close while the kids were sleeping. We found sheep, birds, butterflies, rabbits, frogs, fish and a yabbie. And the pool, what a treat! Thank you for a relaxing weekend away.
