Welcome to Beau Soleil, a beautiful new home located in Great Exuma, Bahamas! Just 5 minutes from the airport. This stunning beachfront villa offers a fresh, coastal, and casual atmosphere, perfect for your dream vacation. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat is ideal for large families or groups of friends looking to experience the best of the Bahamas.

Upon arrival, you’ll be captivated by the panoramic views of the turquoise waters from the edge of the heated infinity pool. Relax and unwind in the in-water lounge chairs or on the ocean-facing daybed while sipping your favorite blender drinks from the outdoor bar and grill. The expansive private deck also features a sunken hot tub, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a large island that offers ample space for gathering with family and friends. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, blender and more, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining area, both indoor and outdoor, can comfortably seat 10 guests Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with space for the extended family and friends around the large island with views to the ocean.
This villa rental features 4 principal bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 2 of the bedrooms boast king beds, while the other 2 have 2 queen beds each, providing ample sleeping arrangements for everyone. Additionally, there are 2 smaller rooms, ideal for kids, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a single full-size bed, respectively. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs, and the entire villa has air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay.

Beautiful modern beachfront home
This is an absolutely beautiful home with all the modern conveniences. We especially appreciated the large bin of Beach toys and sports gear, our kids were out on the Boogie Boards riding the waves for hours. We also were very grateful for effective, working AC and high quality cotton bed linens as well as comfortable mattresses! Would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! again

Favorite Getaway
This is our second time staying at Beau Soleil. Just as the first time, it was wonderful. We had 2 other families including our own, total of 9, and had more than enough space for sleeping (1 bedroom left empty). The property manager, Sam, is very responsive and easy to work with. We did use the provisions service provided by Sam. It is well worth it if you arrive late or on a day that the grocery store is closed. Check in/check out is seamless: just follow the provided instructions. We enjoyed a recommended private chef for a supper meal as well as breakfast. Both were phenomenal. Everything on the property is well maintained and cared for. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels for both showering and beach are provided. We hope to be able to return and stay at Beau Soleil again some day!

Girls birthday Trip
Our stay was amazing! We literally felt like we stepped into paradise. The home was perfect for our large group of 9 & could have accommodated more. We only left the property one day for a boat ride and two restaurant experiences. The home had everything you needed to cook, lounge, swim and relax. We also had Chef Gavin come to the home to cook for us. We highly recommend him!We cannot wait to return to this spot soon!!

Winter Getaway
Six adults on a break from winter, BeauSoleil was just what we needed. The house is exactly as advertised, beautiful setting and great layout. Sam, the house manager, was very attentive to all of our requests and questions.

AMAZING - BETTER THAN THE PICTURES!
We travel an internationally fair amount and have been burned a handful of times on properties that do not equal the pics. That’s definitely not the case with Beau Soleil. It’s a 10. Every detail is great! Wonderful, secluded, private beach, all the toys, huge open kitchen and living, etc. please come enjoy this property!

Christmas at the beach
Our entire family spent the week of Christmas at this property. It was delightful in every way. The home and outdoor space was every bit as good as the photos portray. The indoor space is bigger than it looks, and the beds are top quality. We hired a chef to cook our dinners, which I recommend since there isn't a big selection of restaurants on the island. The property manager helped us find a great one. She was always easy to reach and communicate with. We hired a boat and captain for a day, who took us all around the harbor for six hours or so. We made several stops to snorkel and walk on the beaches. It was entirely worth it, and it worked well even when it's quite windy out. There are two 'big' supermarkets on the island where we found all the groceries and produce we needed. We also found several nice beaches within easy driving distance of the home when we wanted a change of scenery. Cocoplum beach to the north has a nice sandbar during low tide, and there is a long beach with incredibly soft sand just to the south of the road going to the airport (look for the parking area next to the giant and colorful EXUMA block letters). A rental car is a must. One thing we kept marveling about is how few people there are on the island and its beaches, even during high season. We were entirely pleased with our decision to stay here and highly, highly recommend this property for doing so.

Absolutely stunning home looking out on the incredible turquoise waters of Exuma! Private beach, clean house, easy communication and kind and helpful house manager, best time snorkeling, relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the beautiful and spacious home! Everything was PERFECT!! We celebrated our grandmothers 90th birthday and will cherish our memories here forever! Cannot wait to return!

Wife's Birthday Trip
We had 10 adults stay at the property for my wife's 40th birthday, and it will be one our favorite memories of all time. The owners and property manager were both great with communication and ensuring our trip was the best possible experience. The App created by the owners is one of the most impressive and helpful services. We used MANY of the recommendations listed on the app including a private chef at the house (chef Tevin), on-site massages (Exuma Mobile Massage & Yoga), taxi services (Gully) and booked a boat tour (50 Shades of Blue), . All of which were great recommendations. The house was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, the pool & deck were beautiful. We enjoyed every part of our trip, and hope to return.

The best vacation house ever
We absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was fabulous from top to bottom. Sam the property manager was so attentive and went above and beyond to make my mom feel special for her 70th bday. They were all so communicable and responded super quickly. My mom said it was the best birthday ever! The house was exquisite, and had a great location. We loved the guidebook that came with it too for things to do and taxi services. We will be back for sure!!!!!

Long weekend get away
The property was exactly as pictured and described. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with. Sam the house manager was very helpful and accommodating. The house is well stocked inside and out with all the toys for the pool, ocean and beach. The view is stunning and felt very private as we didn’t see anyone else on the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home
This home is better than in the pictures! It is gorgeous and has amazing views. During the day, the main area gets a little warm because the sun comes in all of the glass. We were gone or outside, so it wasn’t a big deal but just as a warning. The left master bedroom, takes the sunrise and all the heat in there so if you are prone to hot close the drapes. The pool is fantastic. We got in the hot tub, two different nights, even though it was warm temperatures outside during the day. The paddle boards and kayaks were great. There are plenty of spices and salt and pepper and mustard and ketchup in the fridge that you don’t necessarily need to bring all of that. There are not a ton of outlets, but you can always rotate through them if you have a full house. Having a washer and dryer times two is definitely a plus. The location is perfect because we had the beach to ourselves (staying in slower season of October)

Gorgeous house but lacks functionality
This house is gorgeous outside and the pool area is amazing, but the design is really difficult for a group of friends. It doesn't have a 1/2 bath or any bathrooms outside of bedrooms. I think it's best for families and was poorly designed for a big group of friends. friends are walking in / out of each other rooms all day and in the night to use th bathrooms. It also lacks storage, so things like the broom / vacuum are in someone's room instead of a central place. The air conditioning was iffy and the main room didn't cool down, the hot water wasn't hot enough for all of us to shower and the stove was inconsistent - it's a cooktop and it kept cutting out for our chef. We had an amazing time, but the layout of the house and the functionality of the above were slight challenges.

AMAZING FAMILY VACATION - Book Now!
Rob and Karen have a gorgeous home! We have traveled as a family to many places and have learned over the years what to look for in a house to fit adults, children and babies. Beau Soleil has everything we desire in a vacation home. The layout of the house with 6 separate bedrooms, four of those being suites with their own huge bathrooms, plus an enormous great room with kitchen, dining and living areas that look out on the back deck and patio with pool and the ocean beyond are amazing. There are tons of dishes, silverware, utensils, towels, beach towels and all the appliances you use at home. Many houses don't come supplied for the number of people they sleep. The beds were awesome, we all slept well. They even have pack n plays for the babies. Both Rob and Karen, as well as Samantha, the house manager, were always quick to respond to my many questions. The excursions they recommended were exactly what we were looking for. We made sure to spend half the day at the house each day enjoying the beach and pool and spa there. Being able to go straight from the pool to the ocean and back is so much fun. And there was always beach, even at high tide. It was windy during our stay so we had zero bugs! One thing that we didn't do that I would recommend doing is to have Samantha shop for your group ahead of time. The markets are not what we are used to here at home and there definitely aren't fast food places anywhere on the island. Restaurants are limited so cooking is a good option.

Excellent Beach Front Property
What an exclusive and beautiful property! Everything we had hoped for and more for a family vacation! The house is perfectly designed for large groups. 3 bedrooms on each side of the house with the kitchen and great room between. Ample room for privacy. There was a constant slight breeze at the house which was lovely - kept the mosquitos away. We only experienced a few mosquitos on the last evening when there was absolutely no breeze, but even then it was not an issue. Just a couple of bites. If the kids (ages 5 & 7) weren’t swimming in the pool, they were boogie boarding in the ocean directly in front of the house. We took them out to the little reef on the paddle boards and they were able to snorkel and see all sorts of fish. They spent endless hours looking for hermit crabs and other beach treasures. It was fun to watch them explore while the adults relaxed with drinks in hand. We only left the house one day to travel to Cocoplum beach where we found countless sand dollars! We only kept 3, but it was so fun snorkeling for them! That’s how much we loved the house! No need to go anywhere else … we were in paradise! Thank you, Rob & Karen! We hope to be back with the rest of the family one day soon!

Absolutely Amazing
There are not enough adjectives to describe this beautiful house. This was our 2nd time staying at Beau Soleil and it was as perfect as the first time. There is so much to do in Exuma so coming back was an easy yes for us. This house was beyond perfect for us and our friends, very spacious and each morning every one woke up refreshed and said how very comfortable the beds were. Sam and Emmitt are top notch and available with help when you need it. They are so friendly and made our stay even more pleasant with their recommendations. If you are looking for a spacious house with everything you will need, this house is it. I can not wait to come back Rob and Karen, Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We had the best time.

Why they chose this property

Anyone who visits Exuma falls in love with the island immediately. Beau Soleil Beach House is close to the airport (7minutes) but you never see or hear a plane. We are close to Sandals and Grand Isle for restaurants and golf but far enough away to feel like you have the island to yourselves. The beach in front of the house is extremely private. The water is beautiful to swim in with a mixture of waves for body surfing one day and calm enough to standup paddle board the next.
Coastal finishes and furnishings create a beachy vibe. Relax on the massive deck and enjoy the infinity edge pool that blurs into the ocean or the sunken hot tub, day bed and outdoor bar. You will never want to leave.
