Other Things to Note:
POOL HEAT is included at NO CHARGE but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather. Heat is provided by an electric heat pump that will not function efficiently when temperatures dip into the 30's which is extremely rare in Arizona but must be noted. In these rare circumstances we will gladly split the cost of Resort Passes for access to pools at local resorts.

A Security doorbell Camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL Occupancy and for emergency situations only. No other LIVE security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.

Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Mesa takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms
