Large family home situated high on the estuary side of Dawesville and only a short walk to the foreshore. With a true holiday feel, this home really does have everything. Featuring a table tennis table, large living areas, theatre room, Wifi, huge outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor areas for the kids, boat/caravan access, smart TV and coffee machine. IGA close by, with parks and playgrounds throughout the area.

Very good, well presented
The home was lovely, very clean and well appointed. Some essentials were included in the pantry and bathrooms, milk in the fridge, a lovely touch after we had been in the road for a few hours. Overall, we were very happy with these accommodations and will book again soon 😀

Great family space
Loved our stay. The house is great for families, lots of space and really child friendly. Quiet neighbourhood. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The a/c is evaporative, however with the windows open the house gets nice and cool anyway. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

A great family home close to beaches
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was really spacious, easily big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. Well equipped, and TVs with all the main streaming services. Nice thoughtful touches with kids toys, and bubble bath etc. A 2 min drive to quiet beaches, and lots of conveniences close by. Ducted air con made the stay in summer nice and comfortable.

Just perfect for families
Our stay was easy, affordable, great for smaller kids, family friendly and a great location, I would definitely stay again, thank you for adding the extra touches like, toys, books, outdoor activities and a very spacious home!

Amazing Short Getaway
The whole property was clean and accurately showcased by the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool table and all the amenities that were included with the property. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Geriatric fun!
The house was very clean, the rooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the outdoor is pristine, the yard is secure, the kitchen is well stocked and the appliances excellent. The stargazing from the backyard was superb! There was no light pollution from street lamps or next door house lights. Totally, totally recommend this property and our host Simon who was very accommodating with our requests. We are five ladies in our early seventies - and we shall return!
