Holiday home attached apartment
Entire house and attached apartment for a big family holiday away! Bay of islands is the most beautiful place to go and relax.
The house is very private and gives you the feel of a tree house as it is located in between lots of trees.
The open plan feel makes it feels big and spacious. Great fireplace for heating in the winter. Apartment can be separated with a fire door which can be locked.
2.5km walk to the main town (great morning walk!)
700m walk down to Te Haumi beach.
2.5km from Opua car ferry to go over to Russell.
20min drive to Kerikeri - best farmers market in the North Island.
Please note we do have a steep driveway and there is stairs inside the house. Also stairs to access the house.

We fell in love with Paihia many years ago and in December 2017 the dream became a reality to own a place in this beautiful area.
This is our home away from home.
We moved from South Africa in 2007 and made NZ our home. This house is just a plain fun holiday home where you can go and unpack and relax. We prefer to leave devices off and just enjoy the peace and quiet.
