Everything was great…. Great layout, comfortable beds, clean, a/c, and everything they listed and was important to us hit the marks. There were only a few, minor cosmetic things - refrigerator door and kitchen light cover needs some attention, but beyond that 100% perfect.

Great Location!
The view from our suite was great! The location was right next to the lagoon and the beach. It was also right next to many restaurants and shops. The suite was the perfect size for my family of four and was very clean. It was much better than staying in a hotel room as the suite was roomy enough for us to stretch out and be able to relax without being on top of each. I would definitely stay here again.

Lagoon condos were beautiful and perfect view of Lagoon, ocean and fireworks on Friday night. Entire complex has everything you need from restaurants, shopping, swimming pools, entertainment close to main transportation also. Beautiful location and largest area for swimming/pools/beaches.

Absolutely beautiful condo, clean, comfortable and best view! Watched fireworks right from balcony. Pools were wonderful for kids and adults. Lagoon was perfect too. Close to everything we wanted.

Wonderful family vacation!
Very beautiful property. Room was very nice with two spacious bedrooms. Had an aerial view of the Hilton luau from one balcony, and a partial ocean view from the other balcony! Staff were all very friendly too. Check-in directly at the Lagoon Tower was fast and seamless. So glad we didn’t have to check in at the main front desk as it is always a madhouse. Would highly recommend this property! Can’t wait to return next year!

This property was beautiful and very comfortable! We enjoyed the ocean front view!
We were very happy with this ocean front property and would definitely stay again! It was very comfortable and decorated nicely. It had two balconies that opened and looked directly at the lagoon. There was a dining table indoors but we always used the outdoor table to eat our meals at. The only thing we were unhappy about was that we requested 2 king sized beds and were given one king and a room with 2 twins. We did put the two twins together though and that worked. It had all necessary kitchen items needed and when we needed more soap or towels they were delivered to our condo. There wasn’t a washer or dryer in the condo, but each floor had them and were free to use. Detergent was even provided. The only thing I’d suggest is that there would be baking dishes. They only had pots and pans and one cookie sheet to cook in/on.

Had a great time. Resort is clean, employees are friendly. Room was nice , only bad thing was smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Received 2 calls from manager, said they got a complaint about smoking, but we don't smoke! Otherwise we had a good stay.

Nice property but misleading listing
The property was nice, friendly staff, clean rooms, great dining and we loved the private lagoon. The listing is very mislead though… The listing said there was a jetted tub and there was not. Many of the pictures come from a different hotel on the property that we didn’t have access to. There was no grill like was listed in the amenity section. I tried bringing up my concerns to the property manager and was basically told I was out of luck. I definitely wouldn’t book through them again.

Perfect location with Plenty to see!
We had a wonderful birthday vacation for my husband and this was the perfect location! The condo was beautiful and the view of the lagoon, ocean on 2 sides and did I mention the Luau's nightly! Building was in the perfect area close to elevators, parking, pool, lagoon and ocean Lapperts ice cream and shopping! Thank you! We will be back......

Wonderful Unit in Lagoon Tower
We were so impressed by our oceanfront unit in the Lagoon Tower. From beginning to end the staff was professional and always willing to help. The unit was spotlessly clean, and well cared for. Randy at Dash Realty was very easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again for our vacation needs!

Great views from the two patios on this 23rd flr. unit, watched the fireworks from patio and the Lantern Festival. Spacious unit. Everything you could want is on the Hawaiian Village property, $2 pink bus right out front, car rental. Highly recommend the property for all ages.
