Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.

This beautifully updated condo boasts gorgeous laminate flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedroom, and plenty of lighting. In the bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, an outlet extension that has USB ports, an alarm clock/radio, and a dresser so you can fully unpack to feel more at home. In the closet space, you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, an oscillating fan, iron and ironing board, as well as 2 luggage racks. The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, 2 cozy rocking arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, and an electric fireplace. There is also a dining room table that seats 4. The built-in kitchen island boasts plenty of storage. The range, full size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving, a Keurig if you prefer, an abundance of counterspace and storage. The large bathroom offers a jet tub, walk-in shower, separate toilet room, and a beautiful vanity. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 2 person seating arrangement on the screened in porch! No need to worry about privacy, the screen door locks and the curtains close fully.

We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you have a little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Our stay was great. Great view, great price and the receptionist was awesome. We would stay again. The only things I could complain about was the carpet in the bedroom and the tub. The carpet was very custy and I wish I would have brought slippers to walk in. Also, the tub needed to be cleaned out before we used it. I wouldnt say it was dirty as in nobody cleaned it, but it was pretty dusty. I'm glad I brought some cleaning things with me. Again. I would stay and recommend them to other people. Just with the precaution of bringing zome cleaning wipes and some slippers to walk in.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are very deceiving. The unit was very very tired. Dishwasher didn't fit cabinet and was rocking around. Damaged/missing paint, trim. No noise canceling sound proofing between units so I didn't sleep for 2 nights because my dog barked at people talking in the hall, next door and someone was running upstairs. Hallway had fake flower petals all on the ground/not vacuumed! Cabinet doors worn and not in a good way. Just really feel like for what we paid I will just rent a house next time.

Great little Condo with all the comforts of home.
This condo was very cute and spacious for a one bedroom. Bathroom was large and included a jacuzzi tub. Toilet area had it's own door, which was great for a one bathroom multi-use! Location was nice, walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. I have one questionable situation to share in an otherwise perfect experience. In the Master bedroom, there was a wall plug that was overheating. It was HOT to the touch. If you left your hand on it, it would burn you. The first night, we had a cell phone plugged in it. When we unplugged the charging cord, the plug was so hot, it would have burned you. We thought it was the charging cord or brick, until the next day. It randomly heated and cooled with nothing plugged in. It truly was a dangerous situation. This is how fires start, and this was truly a high potential hazard. We went to the office on the second day of our stay and told the person working at the front desk. She expressed mild concern, and said she'd definitely put in a "work order" for it. She didn't seem to understand our concern that this should be handled in a more "emergent" way. We were there two more days, and no one came to check the extremely hot plug. So, I prayed for protection for our family until our stay was complete. God is good, and we're back home, safe and sound. But, I will say one last prayer that they get it fixed asap. And, if you're reading this near the dates that we have stayed, 11/24, I would verify that it has been fixed.

My husband and I were celebrating our 2yr anniversary this visit so we thought we’d stay at the same place. While the room was clean and ready for us it could use a few updates. Specifically with attention to the paint and the bedroom wall unit. It needs some attention

Nice getaway
We visited in the off-season. Traffic was lighter and we were able to see the town and area without concerns of overwhelming tourism. The room fit our needs well. Pictures of the screened porch are taken in a flattering manner. The porch is extremely small and stacked right on top of other porches. It's not really a secluded spot to hang out but it came in handy when walking out the back straight on to the main drag. Something to be aware of if that's a main point for you. All things considered, good location and good value.

Well appointed with one exception
We found the unit a generally pleasant experience. The location was ideal. All seating and especially the bed were very comfortable. Not quite to our liking was the small shower stall and toilet space. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Overnight Stay
We were looking for a location for a one night stay to break up a trip to the Keweenaw Peninsula. This site was a perfect choice. We utilized the full kitchen, saw a beautiful sunset and slept very well in the king size bed. Early spring is a great time to visit this very popular beach town.

Very clean condo, comfy bedroom. Kitchenette was fine for one night. Loved the convenience to shops, restaurants. As opposed to other VRBOs where you communicate with the owner, this was more ‘corporate’. I called with a question about access to the building/condo. Front desk lady was curt in answering my questions, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. We brought our dog so papers to sign and initial upon check-in…I know they have to protect themselves but it does make one feel like it’s better to stay at a privately owned cottage where you don’t have to sign/agree several line items.

We actually liked the it better than the decor in the pictures for #104. We were told NO earlly check ins, but then they called us before 4:00pm to see if we were coming by and we were wondering town because the details say no check in before 4. The location is conviently located in the downtown area. We only stayed 2 nights, but house keeping never came by our room, even though they told us they would be cominn by, with a fall stay and very few other people staying there, they should have been by ...luckily we had enough towels and things we needed. The enterance from the parking lot had garbage on the ground next to the door that didn't get cleaned up, so they cleaning staff didn't seem to be on top of things. Despite the lack of effort on the part of staff we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and you get a lot for the cost, kitcken, living/dining room, master bedroom, full bathroom with seperate tub and shower.
